Lost property, unwilling to resolve issue I left a men's dress shirt to be cleaned, they apparently lost itI visited the location times asking about the shirtTwice was told each time that it was at another location and they would have it the next day, the other times I was told they were checking on it and would let me knowKnow one has called or textI have repeatedly tried to speak with the owner, he has finally offered a $store credit which is useless because I will not trust them with my property again, or a $reimbursementThe shirt cost me $and I paid them $to clean it No communication and unwilling to helpThis has been going on for over months

After years of cleaning w/ this company, I received white coats that they turned blue after "cleaning" the garments & owner refused to refund me I dropped the garments off for cleaning on October 27, The garments were ready for pion November 1, and I picked them up on November 2, from the Pineville locationI discovered that the coats had a blue tint at work on November 3, and I returned one of the coats for treatment on November (I had to keep one to work in) and was not contacted when the coat was finished Over the next weeks, I called to speak with the owner/person completing my treatment, left several messages, and was never contactedFinally, on November 28, upon calling the Elliot location, I was notified that it was ready and because I wanted to meet the owner, [redacted] ***, I went to the [redacted] location immediatelyUpon my arrival to voice my concerns, I was addressed very rudely and inappropriately by the owner himselfWe discussed the m

Laundered Shirt has not been returned and Owner does not return phone calls! I brought four shirts to Craig's Cleaners and when I picked them up and got them home, there were only three in the bag After a few days of them looking, they couldn't find my missing shirt After about two weeks, they claim it had ink on it and it couldn't be repaired I spoke to the employee in the Alexandria office and she did her job by relaying what information she was given I asked to speak to the owner and I've always got the answer he wasn't around or he will call you back He will not return my phone calls to discuss this issueThe last excuse was that he was out of town and wouldn't be back until later The customer service of the owner of this business is extremely poor! He has no regard for discussing issues with customers to come to a mutual resolution I will never bring another item to this place of business!!!! Extremely Poor Management!
