I brought my Glock to them when the trigger was having issues after a cleaning and reassembly The trigger bar was sitting crooked and making the trigger pull very heavy Their armorer took it apart, put it back together, and told me "it just needs to be broken in." He wouldn't believe me when I told him that it had felt very different up until a sudden change after the last cleaning, and I pointed out where the trigger bar was misaligned and even compared it to another Glock they had there to show that it was not normalHe wouldn't believe me, insisted nothing was wrong, and that "Glocks just aren't precision tools They're all different." He simply refused to believe that it had not been that way before, or that the misalignment was a problem He kept saying it was factory variance, and the clearly visible degree misalignment would just smooth out as I shot it more They charged me $to get my gun back after holding it for less than an hour and calling my complaint a non-issue When I got the gun home and looked again myself, it became apparent that the trigger spring had gotten twisted and unseated from the notch under where it attaches to the trigger bar that was supposed to keep it straight I popped it back in and the trigger bar realigned right back where it belonged and the trigger pull went back down to its weight This took me about minutes When I called them to let them know that they had missed the problem, their response was to again refuse to believe me, talk down to me like I was either stupid or lying, and hang up on me mid-sentence In summary, they missed a simple problem, charged me $for nothing, and got angry with me when I suggested that I was unsatisfied with my experience I'm glad I was able to find and fix the problem myself, but I won't be doing business with them again and would not recommend them to others

I brought my Glock 30 to them when the trigger was having issues after a cleaning and reassembly. The trigger bar was sitting crooked and making the trigger pull very heavy. Their armorer took it apart, put it back together, and told me "it just needs to be broken in." He wouldn't believe me when I told him that it had felt very different up until a sudden change after the last cleaning, and I pointed out where the trigger bar was misaligned and even compared it to another Glock they had there to show that it was not normal. He wouldn't believe me, insisted nothing was wrong, and that "Glocks just aren't precision tools. They're all different." He simply refused to believe that it had not been that way before, or that the misalignment was a problem. He kept saying it was normal factory variance, and the clearly visible 15 degree misalignment would just smooth out as I shot it more. They charged me $50 to get my gun back after holding it for less than an hour and calling my complaint a non-issue. When I got the gun home and looked again myself, it became apparent that the trigger spring had gotten twisted and unseated from the notch under where it attaches to the trigger bar that was supposed to keep it straight. I popped it back in and the trigger bar realigned right back where it belonged and the trigger pull went back down to its normal weight. This took me about 2 minutes. When I called them to let them know that they had missed the problem, their response was to again refuse to believe me, talk down to me like I was either stupid or lying, and hang up on me mid-sentence. In summary, they missed a simple problem, charged me $50 for nothing, and got angry with me when I suggested that I was unsatisfied with my experience. I'm glad I was able to find and fix the problem myself, but I won't be doing business with them again and would not recommend them to others.","neg-1
