THIEVES, LIARS, PERVERTS!!! saw a bmw I was initially interested in on November 17, 2015...when I got there and saw it...it didn't look like it did in the picture at all!!! Photoshop? angle? idk...so after the test drive a Honda Civic caught my eye...however it looked like someone ate taco bell for a week and [redacted] the drivers side seat...it was filthy inside...but I figured since, Brian, the owner of Durhams, said he take 1000.00 off the 'special' price of 5999..I would be able to afford to have it professionally cleaned. So I went in to do the paperwork, and brians friend, who's like [redacted]!!!!! He followed up with" [redacted]" ..The owner, Brian, laughed and told me repeatedly to go give him a hug....I was very uncomfortable to I signed everything and left...I'm sorry, but that's sexual harassment...The following day I returned because the hubcap was coming off, a speaker went out, and when I went over 70 it shook and make a weird noise, oh, and the keyless entry didn't work. I was treated HORRIBLY..Brian, the owner, complained that he had to pay 200 dollars to clean my car.....and that there was body damage...his [redacted] staff looked it over and drove it several times and there was NO body damage when I dropped it off...He was swearing at me, accusing me of being a scam artist, and said it shifted funny, when upon purchasing the Civic, I volunteered to have the fact that a new transmission was just installed and to have the auto body that did it, fax verification....the auto body did fax him the invoice.....he was out of control, even with proof in his hand it was brand new...I requested, as I was told at the time of sale I had 30 days to exchange, parts, etc....to get a different vehicle that was the exact same price of the Honda...they refused and ignored me...I WAS sitting there til close and they refused...I left crying because I was verbally bashed and ignored.....I told my boyfriend what happened and he told me to bring him the invoice......They are thieves...scam artists...the Kelly blue book value of my car was 3917.00...on the invoice it said n 4917.00.....I was like [redacted]!!!!!! Upon adding everything together and talking to a reputable dealer I was informed that establishments like this [redacted] put their offered "discount" ( Brian offered me 1000.00 off) and add it to the bluebook price to hide the fact that you never were issued the discount in the first place....I mean who the [redacted] gives u 1000.00 over Kelly blue book?! After calculating the figures several times...brian and durham auto fraudently altered the contract and overcharged me 1180.00...my bf is an engineer...hes not stupid....I was LIVID!!!!!!!!! My boyfriend and I went in the next day and asked him to explain the invoice...Brian started violently shouting at him and refused to break it down for him.....a sure sign he knew he was busted.....my bf said he called me more names and was again, out of control...I demanded my money back and my trade in...I almost had to call the police.......theres more but im getting [redacted] just writing about ths **!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I then went to Boucher and got a CLEAN used car with 5 free oil changes, 2 year warranty, was treated like a queen, financing, got an ipad mini as a gift, AND a 1000.00 visa gift card....they were UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! So, in conclusion, if you would like to be [redacted], lied to, verbally slaughtered, ignored, hear profanity every other word, and overall be treated like [redacted].....Durhams Hill Auto is PERFECT for you!!!!!!!!! Women, pls DO NOT go there alone. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS ...THEY ARE THIEVES........

Review: In accordance to the DOT WI buyers guide the vehicle that was purchased; the list had all equipment requirements marked as legal. However, 4 out of 5 items were noticed and questioned. [redacted], salesman said he notified owner, [redacted], but the response was he would not lower price at all. The hatchback latch was not properly engaging, the passenger right side back seat seat belt was shredded, the passenger air bag light was on, and the windshield has a chip in it. The windshield wasn’t noticed until we washed the car later that day. The windows were dusty and it had rained that day so it wasn’t noticed until later.

So we addressed the seat belt and air bag light and latch; They did oil the latch ;which it still never did work proper. It was said if we came back in a couple of days they would fix the seat belt. We called autoparts store and decided it would be quicker to buy the belt and replace it. since the trip was 2 hrs each way . the same thing went on for the windshield ; owner said we needed to pay half for it to be replaced. And we would need to leave it at their shop for 2 days. The air bag light, he told us it would go off; if it didn't to call. We did call multiple times without an answer or return of messages left. Finally the owner called and explained that it would be costly and we had to pay half which was over $500.00! We decided to call to have the sensor tested. The nearest suzuki dealer that had equipment to test the airbag was in Fox Lake IL. The test indicated the air bags needed replacing and the bill was $1700.00. This information was then forwarded to [redacted] . He exploded, ripped on the dealer implying they were just trying to make money, and told us he'd fix it if we paid half but he needed a couple of days. Then he said he found a used air bag for $100.00 and was going to be installed. OR he said we could return the car and he would give a full refund. So we did; however, he failed to refund title $69.50 and registration $75.00 and $20.00 service fee.

This is another problem the purchase date was 7-8-13 ; however , we never did receive the title or plates for the car. We purchased a different vehicle, explained we already paid for registration so we just needed to transfer information to new car. Upon checking with the DMV ....IT was NEVER registered. For 4 weeks he did nothing to title or register the vehicle, then he charges a $20.00 service fee!!! To do NOTHING! So I again called [redacted] to request refund for something he never did do and I paid for him to do. he argued , argued , tried to change the subject and when I just kept repeating his neglect to do what we paid him to do again requesting a refund the money and that is when he HUNG UP on me.

All said and done 2 days were lost from work to get tests done, windshield fixed, driving back and forth to Muskego, multiple phone calls and out $200.00. for a honest , hardworking college student that is a lot of money! Please help us get this guy to be held accountable!!!!Desired Settlement: her title and registraion anf service fee refunded, window fix money returned.

I want him to be held accountable so he doesn't swindle anyone else.

Review: I traded in a car that I purchased at the dealership for a 2003 Saab 9-5. The car seemed to be in working order but after driving three weeks in the car and putting on around 1200 miles the car broke on me. I was in Chicago at the time which is far out from Milwaukee which I needed to get back to. I had a mechanic in Chicago look at it and he told me the engine was broken and I needed a new one. After some delay I got the car home and had the dealership take a look at it. They could not figure out the problem and sent it to a mechanic who also told me the engine was broken. I am now stuck with the defective car that was sold to me.Desired Settlement: I would like Durham Hill Autos to repair the car or buy back the car.
