In regards to Mr*** complaint our first tech went to his residence and did replace the unit fan ,capacitor & lb of R-added to unit tech found that the unit was cooling and work properlyWe received another call for this customer
and another tech was sent out and he found when gauges connected to unit that the unit had fluctuated pressure which may have been caused by non condensables which only way to correct is to reclaim the refrigerant , pull a vacuum on the system and then recharge system with new refrigerantThis is a procedure the home warranty company does not cover and this is the way to get rid of the non condensablesIt would be the homeowner responsibility to pay to have doneCustomer never contacted home warranty back on any issue and we were never aware of other companies coming out to customers home and we have no idea what was done after we left his home on his unitCustomer was refunded the $deductible but requesting $more isn't our fault as he was told his system had issues and the home warranty wouldn't cover them

her house when I got there. I turned it up to 68 and heated the house up to 68° in 15 minutes. the lady has poor insulation and leakage around her windows.
