Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10706112, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint

contacted in ANY way to purchase advertising.
This includes Mr***’s Business cell phone. Remove his cell number from your call list
immediately

To Whom It May Concern:
Our salesperson, [redacted] called [redacted] ATV & Marine on May 27, 2014 to ask for a sponsorship advertisement in our magazine the APB.
He states he asked for the owner or manager and was given [redacted] name as the...

manager.  He states he got authorization from Mr. [redacted] for a 1/4 page advertisement for $375.00.  After the sale was made, Mr. [redacted] asked Mr. [redacted] the kind of vehicle he drove.  Mr. [redacted] was told Ford F150.  We use this information as a recognition code so our sponsors do not get us confused with any other law enforcement magazine that may also be contracting them.  That information is put in the purchase order box on the invoice.
I apologize to [redacted] as he complains no one responded to his phone calls.  As it is no excuse, we just installed a new phone system and if he left a message, we have not yet been able to retrieve it.
To satisfy Mr. [redacted], we have canceled the invoice and have put his company on our internal do not call list and apologize for any inconvenience.
Respectfully,
[redacted]
Director of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Anthony [redacted], the owner of [redacted] was called on his mobile phone in late May or early June and asked to renew his advertisement in the Summer edition of the APB. We sent the invoice for the ad, along with the publication on July 6, 2015.  Ms. [redacted] called yesterday, stating...

she had received the invoice and magazine and stating she was not paying the invoice, since she had previously told us not to call her company again. We haven't done business with Ms. [redacted] at her company, nor have we called the company to reach Mr. [redacted]. We made the sell via his cell phone.  Maybe Ms. [redacted] is confusing us with some other groups who may call her company phone. Since the verbal contract was made, we anticipate Mr. [redacted] honoring his renewal, however we will not contact the company for any future sponsorships. I apologize if we have inconvenienced Ms. [redacted], and, per her request, she will not be contacted by our office from now on.Thank you,Danny [redacted],Director of Sales and Marketing
