I had turned my car in to get an alignment done When I picked up my car I was notified that they went ahead and did a recall While I appreciate this tremendously I was not notified before the recall was preformed on my vehicle I had later on got a call saying that three of my Lugnuts were missing and that my car was not drivable and I should call back the next day to discuss payment options to get this fixed Now mind you, I had turned my car in with only one lug not missing so I feel they were trying to get even more money out of me My fiancé went down that night and personally took a picture of the car It definitely did not have three Lugnuts missing it only had one so my car was still drivable We called the next day and told them that they were wrong and there is only one lugnut missing and it turned into an argumentThe guy did not believe us when we told him that the voicemail stated there were three lugnuts missingI felt as if I was being called a liarTo make matters worse when I arrived to pick up my car I then learned about the recall being doneWe drive my car back homeA few days later I go to try to get in my car to go to workWon't open I'm using the brand-new keys that Laria had provided me with when they told me my recall was doneNo key works on any of my locks so at this point I'm locked out of my car and am car-less I have already returned the vehicle I was borrowing while my car was getting fixed Not only was I almost late for work but I was late picking up my son from the day care center For any moms out there who have children in day care they know just as well as I do that when you're late you have to pay up We had called Laria about this problem the next day They proceeded to argue with us some more as if we were just making this up After talking to numerous people we finally get the manager and he assures us he will be out to our house at 11am the following day to look at the carWhen we call before he is supposed to arrive we get an entirely different storyNo one is coming and we must be doing something wrong that's why the doors won't openWe asked if we could have our old key back that way I could at least get in my car and use the new key to start the carThey tell us we have to bring the old key back because they have to turn it in the GMMy fiancé goes to pick up the old key and when he does the manager looks at him, hands him the old key and says good luck! Mind you, there has been no apology at this point for the hassle or the bad experience we've receivedSo me and my fiancé go up there shortly after picking up the old key and demand to talk to Nick the Manager We explained that our experience has been full of rudeness and unprofessionalism and that something needs to be done to fix the issue that they have caused They obviously had did my recall which was great but being a big business like that you would think they would make sure the key works on all possible entries that the key has a purpose forMeaning, ignition, doors and trunk locksWell this was obviously not done and the result was being locked out of my car At this point Nick has told us that this isn't a big issue and as soon as we drop the car off to them he will fix itI don't know about you but I don't have extra funds to just be towing my car wherever whenever I told him that he should get my car towed down there and they need to fix itWell this was just not an option By the end of the arguing, I eventually throw my hands up and just walk out mid sentence I literally feel like I was beating a dead horseThe rudeness was absolutely ridiculous and there wasn't an ounce of professional I feel I feel this place really needs to get organized because everybody was feeding us a different story and when we would tell them what the previous worker had told us they acted like we were making up stories I've had friends bring their cars and trucks here before and they would leave with their car being more messed up than what they brought it in I thought I would take a risk and see if maybe they just caught people on a bad day but obviously this business is a load of crap I will never take my car there again and I will advise all of my family and friends and social media acquaintances to not take their business to this establishment
