Purchased mulch that was not delivered.On March 11, 2016, I purchased 10 yards of oak mulch from Durham Rock Yard located at [redacted] Durham NC 27704. The price of $315.00 included $250 for the mulch and a $65 delivery fee. I paid with Check #[redacted] (bill of sale is available). The check was cashed by Durham Rock Yard. After numerous text and face-to-face assurances the mulch was coming, I still have not received the mulch as of May 9, 2016. Desired SettlementI would like my $315.00 refunded. : Durham Rock Yard refunded my money on August 8th. Thank you for your assistance.
