Such a bad experience, and still on going! I signed up with a Manager, within a week I called to complain that my [redacted] was being charged instead of my debit account, and was told that Manager no longer worked hereI worked out the [redacted] being charged, as I trusted it was a mistakeWithin two weeks later, one class was cancelled without any notice (no signage posted within the gym and nothing said online)I again, called and complained as the main reason I signed up was because of this classThe manager I spoke to was more than rude and seemed like I was bothering himI signed up with two other people, who also was upset and dealt with the same manager; both said how rude he wasHis name was Andre After speaking to Andre and Antonio ( another manager) nothing was resolved and instead, their lack of customer service made me more upset that I was giving them my businessI also signed a personal trainer contract and paid it in full ( approx$4,000.00)My trainer would cancel our appointments at times and would say that Management was not paying her, and therefore she had to reschedule our appointment until she was paid I valued my trainer and really liked her as a person, so I let this go without complaining to management My trainer ended leaving because of the lack of professionalism ( so I was told) and was unable to fufill her two week notice scheduled appointments with meMy contract stated my trainers name, so I asked that I be refunded since my trainer (who was the only one I wanted to train with) was goneAgain management was rude and said I was paid in full and they could not do anything! Finally, I went into the gym upset but met with another trainer who said he would take me on, he would contact me to set up a dateI waited week until I called into the gym saying I hadn't been contacted and that I had now lost weeks of training! The owner called me apoligizing and said that the trainers schedule did not line up with the time slots I needed...why wasnt I notified? I will never knowTo this date, I am still having trouble with completing my sessions owing (which again, is paid in full!!)I have tried to speak to Management and the owner ( Jason) in detail about this, but I don't think any employee or manager understand what customer service isNot to mention, the gym is always messy! (weights are left out in the open and not restacked and the cleaning solution is never replenished leaving customers not able to wipe down machines)This gym is horrible and I contemplate losing my $owing in sessions to not deal with this gym and the people!
