This business is cheating me out of my money and has provided horrible customer service I originally ordered one tie and provided a separate shipping and billing addressThey shipped my tie to the billing address and when I called to ask about it, they said they messed up and they were going to 1) overnight the tie to my CORRECT address and 2) email me a tracking number immediately I did not get a tracking number or receive the tie the next day I called two days later and politely asked about itThey told me it was too expensive and they didn't want to overnight it to me so they sent it and it should arrive two days laterThey said they would email me a tracking number, they did not Three days later I called to check on it and they finally emailed me a tracking number that said it would arrive two MORE days later It finally arrived and was poorly packaged and the wrong colorI asked to return the tie and that I wanted a refundThe business OWNER said he would no
