competitor price that was offering him 2.49, we offered to match the price if he could bring it in in writing from them we also offered the $10 discount and to credit the late fee that he now has accrued, he replied I'll get back to you.My office again spoke to [redacted] on 2/13/17. We still offered the $10 discount, also we would remove the late fee and to rebill his last delivery from 4.36 a gallon to 3.99 We also offered to switch him from auto fill to Will Call Status, he again replied he needed to think about it and would call us back.To this day we have yet to hear from [redacted]His account has become past due, and will be scheduled for service interruption soon, we will still offer to rebill his last delivery at 3.99 the $10 coupon is no longer any good and the late fee stands as we've waited for a decision from [redacted] for months now.Thank you![redacted]

Pro-Flame made an unauthorized delivery, for the second time. [redacted] and I agreed they would not deliver without a phone call. She seems to think I was on auto delivery, and because of the past delivery problems, I was on a will call basis. I was waiting for the Revdex.com to advise me as to what to do.
