I am rejecting this response because: I would never do business with Durnell's again His credit is as worthless as that Extended Warranty I was sold

You knowingly sold us a unit that you could not deliverBeen talking to Keystone and they said you knew that this was not in productionYou have nothing equivalent in your inventoryEven Keystone rv could not find an equivalent model for usand they (keystone) are angry about this situation since you have not investment

My name is [redacted] and I am the business manager with RVING SOLUTIONS I am attaching proof of full refund to Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] contacted us to buy a service contract on his unit and sortley after him giving payment for the service contract we had noticed that the price was incorrect based the rate sheets be incorrectly entered onto our calculations on the website Also we found out shortly there after that per California Law I cannot legally sell a post sale service contract to a customer in California We have politly and expeditiosly informed Mr [redacted] of this, then very promptly refunded him his money Please let me know if you have any further questions Thank you very much for your time!!!

We have already offered the customer to do all the work at no charge for him if he returns the unit to us Simply bring the unit back to us as we offered and we will make the changes that you are requesting at no charge to you Thank you-

I am rejecting this response because: As of 4:pm, September 21, the bill has not been paid, nor the tank shipped, so to say this has been resolved is inaccurate.I was the one who contacted the Factory and had the Repair shop contact the Factory to get the settlement negotiated at a loss to the Repair ShopI have forwarded the email I received from Mike D [redacted] , that I found to be an inappropriate way to speak to a customer.Once the tank has shipped, the repair completed I will be willing to close this complaint Regards, [redacted] ***

Please let me start by apologizing for the lack of service that you experienced This is not the norm at RVWholesalers, and is not accepted at all As a matter of fact the person responsible for not dumping your water filter canister has been reassigned I am being told the unit was winterized but unfortunately the water canister was not dumped We will of course replace it at no cost to you Also, *** is calling you first thing this morning to discuss and remedy this situation I assure you that all will be made well and you have nothing to worry about In the future please just call or email me, a Revdex.com complaint is not necessary at all for me to want to take care of you or any customer

Let me start by apologizing that this situation occurred As you know we do take customers very seriously and we are very upset that this company went out of business We did check them out and we were told they were insurance backed It appears the information was dishonest that we were given It also was a very bad time in the U.Safter all companies like GM and Chrysler went out of business as well I also want to apologize that you were not notified by my staff before now We notified customers to give them an opportunity to cancel/use their extended warranty so they could recoup some of their money Obviously they missed you and for that I am very sorry I would like to point out that we do not own that company, had no ownership or any management of the company We cannot control that they went out of business and had no idea it was coming or would have done something We have been trying to secure monies from them for our customers but have been unsuccessful to this point If we ever have any success we would of course notify you Finally, because you are important to us I would like to offer you $off any future RV purchase or $store credit I wish there was more we could do, but there isn't Please again, know we feel terrible and are sorry this happened Unfortunately it is out of our control

I want to start by apologizing to you for the misunderstanding Your extended service agreement provider never went out of business and they are still in business right now [redacted] was simply the company that would provide a refund if you never had a claim on your trailer, still own the trailer and still have the extended service agreement in effect (did not cancel it) We paid for the [redacted] policy out of our funds, you were not charged for it and it was done as a favor to our customers We are in the process of notifying our customers for a second time that [redacted] went out of business as we have learned many were not notified the first time, they were missed somehow So I want to apologize that you must have been missed? However with that being said, the refund is not coming even if you apply, however, please know we are very sorry this happened, but it was out of our control We do not own [redacted] and did not control them That being said, we would like to offer you a choice of the following showing you we do care and appreciate your business $parts credit through our store which includes free shipping within the continental US or $off a new RV let me know which you prefer and thank you again for your time and sorry again this happened Attached is a letter that describes it even better Thanks-

Mr [redacted] , So glad to hear from you! The delay was because the address on the rental agreement you sent did not match the address on your credit application The bank needed proof of an address to finalize approval of the loan We have forwarded the Verizon bill that you provided later with the same address and are now waiting on a response from the bank By the way we have a software system with unlimited voice mail and it cannot be full Also, again, Brad talked with you last night about all of this, but is calling you now to clarify again We are a bit confused by your statement that you have not heard from us Again, you talked to Brad last night But we will again call you now to clarify things Please remember the bank makes these decisions, we do not and this process was delayed while waiting on a bill from you to prove address Thank you-

We do not have the copy of the contract here at our facility as we have to destroy them after three years The company was Phoenix American who your extended warranty was through, they were refusing to send a copy of the contract as well as the signet contract We had to threaten them with an attorney That is how we finally got a copy of it It is a law that a company is backed by an insurance company Did he break the law, we don't know, we don't have access to the information We did not charge for the Signet coverage we provided it as a convenience to our customers, and wow has that back fired! We did something that cost us money to show people we were different and to help them out and this happens and now people hate us for trying to do something extra We are a good company with good people trying to do the right thing This one back fired, totally out of our control unfortunately, yet we are getting ripped for it Guess that is jus the way the world is, so we accept it and move on and continue to do the best we can for our customers I cannot give you $1,500, simply put we cannot afford to do that for everyone We ran the numbers and the $and $puts us at risk, but we wanted to do something, even though the refund was not from us I have talked with my brother and we want to offer you something more to show we do care We will give you $to help you out Sorry we cannot do more, we really are sorry, and really wish this could have been prevented, but it is not something we had any control over

Mr***'s issues have been resolved He is a very valued customer and we traveled over miles to ensure he was taken care of Thank you for your business-

I am rejecting this response because: we thawed the camper out ourselves and there was no coolant in the entire camperWe completely dumped everything and there was no evidence of coolantMy husband is a certified mechanic that owns his own business and knows the appropriate substanceThis is appropriate for the Revdex.com because this is the fourth encounter that we have had to deal with poor service out of your service departmentTo blame everything we have experienced since September on one person is unexceptableThat is why there are managers and business owners such as yourself to handle issues such as thisOne man [redacted] can not run a department by himself, because you can't trust the work from the other workersThis is a bigger problem than one person

We are forcing the manufacturer to send you the rest of the partsAgain, you filed against the wrong entity, but it is Ok, happens all the time, people need someone to blame and they blame usWith that said we are still working for you and getting the parts even though it is a manufacturers mistake and we will make sure they make this right

Hello Mr [redacted] , I am sorry that you cancelled your deal Unfortunately as you were informed at the time of purchase, since we ordered a Sandpiper RV for you the deposit is not refundable We still have to take the ordered RV from the factory Also, it clearly states both on the credit card authority form that you signed as well as our terms and conditions, which you also signed, that your deposit is not refundable What I will do for you as a good will gesture is hold this deposit for you for a six month period If you decide to buy any time in the next six months you will be able to apply this deposit to your purchase Thank you for understanding that we are only holding you to what you agreed to in writing I have attached the documents with your signatures for your review as well This should help clear up any confusion Thank you again- David D [redacted]

First of all let me apologize for this turn of events Unfortunately during the great recession many businesses including Chrysler and GM two of the worlds biggest companies went out of business The company that you purchased a potential refund from if you did not use your extended warranty also went out of business The good news is it did not cost you any thing, we took the money from our profits in order to help our customers out who did not use their extended warranties I do not own, control, or have any ability to control what this company did or did not do I cannot get you a refund as they are out of business and there is no recourse nor was their any recourse for you or I Believe me we tried to secure money through channels from this company to try and get something for our customers, there was nothing there Again, I hate that this happened, because something we did as a good will gesture for our customers out of our pockets has people very upset with us I wish there was something more I could do but there is not What I will do for you however, is offer you $off any future RV purchase Again, very sorry and I hope you have a great day-

I am not accepting this response are any other until I receive all of the missing parts to the bed and couch set up

[redacted] You were originally coming here to pick up and had the unit in your grandmother's name and she was not traveling with you Obviously she would have to sign the paperwork since it is in her name If you would have signed her name that would be fraud Then we were sending the paperwork to her but again, you decided again to cancel the unit It went back and forth, you calling in, your father calling in, cancelling and then taking the unit back and forth We even installed heated holding tanks and an enclosed underbelly for you and now you cancel again and we are stuck with that bill Long story short, we have chose to not pursue any monies from you for the extra work we did and we have let you out of the deal You your self mention the deposits are not refundable and all of the paperwork clearly notes that it is not refundable Thank you for sticking to our agreement, you agreed we keep the deposit and we agreed to let you out of the deal and not charge you for the sealed and heated underbelly.David

We seemed to have settled with Mike at RVW and would like to withdraw complaint
