From: Chris HD [redacted] Sent: Monday, February 20, 4:PM On or about February 2015, 3i International sold several Xerox multifunction devices to [redacted] ***via a lease with [redacted] *** 3i International agreed to donate [redacted] licensing and days of professional services to them These professional services were to be provided by [redacted] engineers, and require advanced notice to schedule onboarding On February 24, 2015, we reached out to the customer to schedule an [redacted] Kickoff meeting time slot We had [redacted] resources engaged and ready to get started We did not receive any response from the customer On May 29, 2015, we followed up again with them to schedule the kickoff meeting [redacted] resources were no longer scheduled/reserved, since the original timeline had now changed In June of 2015, a new salesperson had taken over servicing [redacted] ***., and [redacted] had assigned a new project manager to the account 3i International worked diligently to get [redacted] and the customer engaged In the process, they began working on the scope of work after discussing with the customer on September 21, 3i International received this scope of work on October 5, Shortly thereafter, 3i International met with the customer, and attempted to get the project going with them, and we offered a total of days of professional services Since then, several calls with [redacted] were scheduled, where the customer was able to work with the engineers to work towards an installation To resolve this issue, we worked diligently to engage [redacted] and the customer, and provided extra days of professional services to the customer Chris HD [redacted] WSam Houston Pkwy S Suite Houston, TX Office 832-706- Fax 832-706- Web www.3i-intl.com [redacted] *** [redacted] ***
