I believe the only way to satisfy this complaint is to offer the customer a $credit This represents the cost of a tune up for an a/c or furnace that is included with a Deep Cleaning as long as the customer is inside the service area and we are able to work on their system.While I believe we were doing the customer a service by notifying them that we are not experienced with a Geo System and they are aware of this, the customer does not agree to this
