We have many issues with this lady and she always kept coming back for the clean as she was satisfied and happy with the cleans we provided to herShe did this to try and make problems for herself as she paid we deposited she waited for the check to clear then she cancelled knowing we provide service we don’t pay out money so if you are not satisfied we make you satisfied by fixing the clean but she refused the whole thing so we said it would be a process and it was around 6-weeks for the refund but she got the refund minus dollars for gas to fix a clean ans she told cleaners to leave

Hi [redacted] in regards to this complaint we need to have a groupon scheduled and as looking up in our call records or any emails we have no record of this appointment or any calls from these numbers calling to schedule the appointment! If you could provide the day and time someone had called to make the appointment and who you spoke to that would be great! This is not a legit complaint on our behalf of the ones to be at fault if we don't have it scheduled we shouldn't be complained about!

Thank you Tosha Just to let you know, our hardwood floor was scratched, the fridge downstairs wasn't touched, multiple cabinets weren't cleaned out, none of the bedrooms had the baseboards cleaned which I said was the number thing I wanted done, bowl sinks are dirty, the whirlpool has stuff on it, and the carpet in the master got messed upSo I don't need if I need to contact a corporate office or the Revdex.com of what for a refund because this is ridiculous.Okay so [redacted] we did the whole walk thru with your boyfriend and he was fully satisfied with what had been done and we showed him the scratches on the floor and he said it might have been from installation the carpet was only vacummed and if at the time of payment [redacted] should have labeled these concerns! The cleaning was scheduled by phone on the date shown below from my wife's phone of ###-###-####. I am more then happy to provide a hard copy of my phone records as additional support for my complaint. I have provided these details from my phone records and I can also provide the Groupon that was not honored. I find business response insulting as well

What is insulting is that you are complaining now about an appointment that has never even been scheduled with this company and you are putting it up on the public to see because you have tried to either get back your money thru groupon and they will not allow it or you see that we do not clean move ins or outs for Groupon and can not scheduleOf course you can provide the copy of the original Groupon voucher where we did not have it posited on the Groupon but as of Wednesday October 12,at 9:15am we no longer accepted groupons for these services per fine print on the grouponIf we had an appointment scheduled the cleaners would not have not just showed up someone would have called to tell you that something happened with the appointment time and would have rescheduled but we do not have an appointment on the schedule for that address or any of those phone numbersSo please take this complaint off of the reviewsAs you did not have a reason for this complaint if we don't have you on the schedule or even have a reason only because you want!

This is not a response this is a copy of our text messages which I also have offered to submit to youBut that has nothing to do anythingI'm talking about the phone conversations where I'm insulted or in person when I'm insulted and badgered and harassed or how about my phone log where they called me times within hours or texted me times and then you I was sleeping cuz of my shift that I workThis complaint is about the scheme that they pulled on meThey only did half of their work and cause damage to my house and left things dirty and unfinished so everything is absolutely deservingAnd if I have to take it further I will because I will not have somebody basically steal $from me and say they're going to do a service and do a terrible job and not finish or do most of anythingNow I have to finish it myself when I already am on such a tight deadline for moving into my house which of course I'm moving into my house today so I don't even have time to finish it for them

I am rejecting this response because: Dust Out Clean returned to correct the clean When the ladies arrived at my house they immediately began complaining and being hostile I showed them a few issue areas and they did a half way job trying to fix mistakes and I told them they could go because I felt very uncomfortable Never did they mention a charge for gas I do not know many companies that pay their employees for gas unless you are taking a different route to a different destination (driving to Toledo for a business meeting, etc.) It is absolutely ridiculous that I would pay them and wait for the check to clear to bring this on myself They have been a nightmare to deal with I tried to work with them for over a year because they charged a good price for weekly cleanings, however, you get what you pay for The last cleaning was so terrible that I was done I could clean my house in a few hours, do a better job and save that money I want my full refund Thank you

My wife and I just purchased a house and was looking for a service to do a cleaning before we moved in We looked on Groupon and found this company listed We called Dust Out first and explained our needs as well as this would be a move in cleaning and was told to purchase the 4hr cleaning Groupon because that is what we would want At the same time we scheduled the service date for day before the movers would move our stuff into our new home The day comes and no one shows up to complete the cleaning We called Dust Out and they told us that they don't do move in cleanings with the Groupon because it's a lot more work for them They then called Groupon and had them update the Groupon Details to state that it excludes move in and move out cleanings I have a copy of the original Groupon where there is no mention of move in or move out restrictions Not only did they not honor their Groupon agreement but cancelled our appointment without telling us We could have looked for s

Terrible! I purchased a Groupon for hours of cleaning, contacted the company to schedule serviceOn the day-of, they were a no show! I attempted to contact their main line and the owner texted me in response to say she’s on a trip, she couldn’t get the cleaners to answer the phone, and it’s not her problem they aren’t responsiveWhen a customer pays over $for a house cleaning, it definitely is her problemI was appalled at the lack of professionalism and would not recommend this company to anyoneStill waiting on the owner to text me back (because she still won’t answer) about a refund of my purchase or any sort of update

I wrote a check to Dust Out clean on 9/26/for $and it was deposited on 9/27/ Dust Out Clean would charge me for a weekly cleaning and I paid one month in advance At the last cleaning for the month of September I came home and was very dissatisfied with my cleaning (which had been happening for several months) I usually just waited until the next cleaning, but I called and asked them to come and fix the issues because we were having a birthday party for our daughter at our house and I wanted it clean The cleaners arrived and complained and said ugly things to me and I asked them to leave I informed Tosha (one of the owners) that I would like to discontinue my service with them and would like my $refunded She told me that there was no way for them to issue a refund I had my husband call and speak with her and she said that they would try to work through a process to refund our money I have called/texted regularly to try and see where we were in the process

Absolutely horrible people and "company' I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemyThey did a terrible job, changed pricing on me, harassed me and were ridiculously unprofessional

We hired Dust out cleaning originally through GrouponWhen I called the company to set up an appointment I was told that the product I purchased would not cover what I was looking forWe had just moved out so I was looking to have a move in/move out cleaning doneI was told that this would provide me with the appropriate time for the cleaning level I was looking forThe service on the website guaranteed that the apartment would be tenet ready after they were doneMay 7th is when they came out and cleaned the apartmentI sent a text to my old landlord and asked her to check the apartment out to see if the cleaning was to her likingShe replied after looking at the place that it appeared the place hadn't even been cleanedThere was still grime and dirt on the sinks and faucets in both bathrooms, both toilets had residue left on them, the floors had not been cleaned very well, and none of the cupboards or cabinets had been touchedI stopped by on my own time to inspect the work t

Well in the meantime while you have been moving in the next day after the cleaning and then decided to start this complaint after the fact that your stuff was put in the home we need dated documentation of the same day the service was provided so that we can present to everyone for proof that we did not do our job and that we did these mistakes that you say we did and that is point blank! We need the recorded video of the time we was in your home showing that they did these mistakes and did not clean...point blank! I have already spoken on Friday with the business attorney and all of this is needed for you to provid a good case. If you could please provid that to me or to the Revdex.com we can go ahead and get the ball rolling on this! Again please provide dated documents for the day of the clean and the recorded video for the day of the clean! That is all that is needed! Oh and all the harassment text and phone calls for the lawyer that way he can see if we was harassing you or if we was trying to get paid for the service for which your boyfriend again was very happy with and was the one to come and pay for it not you! So if it was your money you should have came and paid or again you should have called the day the service was provided when you went there to look at it not the next day in the later afternoon when you had already started to move in! I'm not threatening no one with anything or nor will I as a business person but as soon as you can provide us with these documents the sooner this case can be resolved!
