I had wonderful ladies clean my house from top to bottom prior to getting it on the market I told them I wanted it to shine and they did a fantastic jobIt was undoubtedly the cleanest it has ever been! I would like to say I am very happy with the work done in my
home during the past several years, and certainly recommend
them to my friends In particular I appreciate that the same team usually come and get right to work as they know exactly
how and what I want If there is the odd time I am not happy,
I have called and it has been corrected to my satisfaction The
entire staff are very friendly, both in my home and at their office Thanks to Darlene & Michelle, who kindly brought a
sympathy card when we lost a pet dog That's going above
and beyond! All in all a great company to deal with

On December 29th *** *** called Dust Queen's office to inquire about the cleaning services we provideHe was provided an estimate for his cleaning requirements and proceeded to bookThe customer service representative he spoke
with provided *** the estimate based on our standardized estimating procedure in our proprietary softwareBased on the details of his home and his cleaning requirements his job booked was estimated at approximately man hoursAs part of the estimate provided it is dependent on the content and condition of the home and could require more or less timeThe job was completed within the hours allotted
Dust Queen's hourly rate hasn't been $45.00/hour since February Our current quoted hourly rate is $per man hour plus the service charge of $applied once per job and is built right into our estimating software

*** She also asked me for details of my credit card for future paymentHowever, the workers came and spent total man hours (some work had not been completed)Before they left, they asked me to sign on a paper certifying their work is satisfactory and asked me to pay them cash(why? I already gave my credit card information to their Company)When I asked them for an invoice, they just gave me a small card showing the date, work order # and cost of today's cleaning (without itemised)Then I asked them to call back to Dust Queen and confirmed my payment would be from my credit cardThe staff from Dust Queen admitted it but would only issue me the invoice after she had successfully made payment from my credit cardAnd she asked for my email addressShe just repeatedly saying the regular rate was $per hour plus the service feeI did not want to argue with her in front of the workersLater I wanted to email my experience to its manager but it failed to accessYou can only call it customer service at XXX-XXX-XXXXBut what is the use for me to repeat my concern to the customer service staff who does not want to admit any mistake at her side? This is why I wrote to Revdex.com and wish the Company will present an invoice or quotation to its customer before they start to work !!

My experience with Dust Queens has been great overallI feel very comfortable with the ladies that come to my placeThey are always very pleasant, positive and most importantly trustworthyThere was one occasion when I felt that my ensuite bathroom was not cleaned to my expectations and was below the usual standardI called and the manager responded immediately to remedy the situationThe service I received to resolve the matter truly showed that they honour the 100% satisfaction guaranteeI would definitely recommend them!

I have been dealing with this firm for many years. While many of their cleaning services are good, I have a real problem with their "untrained" staff they send out to my house.
For example, just recently, the staff they sent out - 1 was experienced... yet could not do all the dusting as required; while the other had been with the firm for 4 weeks. She was good... but "forgot" to clean out my kitchen sinks!!! REALLLY.... If this is a top notch cleaning service then where does that put my sinks???
Furthermore, they advertise that all the baseboards are cleaned every visit... this is NOT done regularly.
Oh.. and by the way, if you are not there to review their work when they leave... i.e. you may be working.... then don't bother to use them. They will take your money without anyone doing an inspection of their work.
