DustBusters Cleaning Service

I had made many attempts to this customer to try and make this situation correct but they did not like my responseI had offered to do a free cleaningsThe dog had been let in the house from outside and had knocked over their christmas tree, leaving a small amount of water being spilled on their wood floorsI immediately asked the customer if they would like us to come back and fix the mess that had happen after we left since the dog knocked over the treeI figured I would give good customer service and offer to fix something we didn't even do to help this customer outHowever, they decided that it was an insurance claim, which I guess she worked for an insurance company and said it was grounds to call them There is only a small amount of water able to be held int he bottom of the christmas tree and that is what spilled onto her floor as well as tree pine needlesThis was blown way out of proportion and Dustbusters made many attempts to fix the issue and the customer would not have itWe are not sure what else we could offer other than a free cleaning since it was not our faultWe tried to handle this in the fairest way possible
