Do not purchase product from this company. They do not fully test their appliances prior to delivery and they sell product missing parts that are out of date and impossible to replace.

I bought a used dryer from them, paid way to much, but needed it asap! Heating element went out in 2 days! Took them a week to come and fix it and the repair man, I believe the owner was rude to my daughter, asking her " is this hot enough for you now"! Well it sure was because it only worked on high and even burnt clothing ! Now 1 1/2 months later, heating element goes out again! Of course there is only a 30 day warranty on the junk they sell! Avoid this business! They are crooks!

Bought a washer with a warranty today. They were very helpful and fair pricing. Staff were very nice to deal with. Will be spreading the word about these folks

I am writing to let people know how impressed and thankful I am about the appliances and friendly service experiences that myself, and my friends that I have recommended that done business here with company, have had for about 3 years.
On different occasions, I have purchased a stove, refrigerator, and a deep freezer, and the help, delivery, and service was incredible.
I have taken several friends to this business when they were in urgent need of a refrigerator, and the people were quick to help in every situation and fair and reasonable, being down to earth to talk to and deal with.
My friend's I have sent to this business, especially, my elderly friends in their 80's, speak highly to me of this company and the people working there, and I have heard them brag to their friends to the high heavens recommending Dusty's Appliances.
I have seen excellent growth in the quality selection of appliances, and models are up to date as to modern day appliance to choose from at fair prices.
I appreciated fast knowledgeable help for a part I was helping my friend in repairing recently, and I would recommend anyone to check here first before going to some of the other nearby places.
I have heard these others bad-mouth the other competitors, but never seen it with this company, nor, have I ever seen any evidence of stuff said bad about this company.
I watched customer interactions waiting my turn in line at Dusty's. Same level personality and same friendly customer service each visit there.
I have seen some unreasonable customers a time or two, but I admit, these people were extremely professional, and it was comical as to how unreasonable and unbelievable some customers can be, and these people kept is professional and real.
I have always had great experiences with Dusty's Appliances and Repairs.
I believe this is the best appliance and repair shop in the area. I hope this helps out the smart and frugal person when shopping to get good stuff at a good price, with some awesome folks doing a good service to our community.

We had never purchased a used appliance before, but our existing washer was leaking, and our budget was a little tight. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a large variety of affordable and good looking appliances. Some of the washers looked as if they had been barely used. In short, we found a very clean name brand GE washer with a super load capacity for less than $200. Price was important, but we are even more satisfied with how well and quiet this machine cleans our clothes. Great buying experience, would definitely recommend checking them out. Their a small business and really seem to be genuinely looking to serve you too.

Today I had my refirgerator go out and I called Dusty's Appliances I figured I would go in and buy a new refrigerator when I called and spoke with the lady at the front she asked me what was my refrigerator doing I did explain to her I was on a fixed income due to medica issues and I didn't have very much money she put Dusty on the line and he said it would be a lot better to repair the refrigerator then have to buy another one and it woudl save me alot of money so I set up an appointment that day and he came out and fixed it on the spot this guy was amazing he could have made money off of me but he tried saving me money by doing a simple repair and now my refrigerator is working great. I wanted to take some time out to say thank you and leave this review dusty and his wife are good people and I would reccomend then for all of your appliance needs thanks again dutsy's appliances.
