Review: I went to this place of business to get an alignment done and the person I spoke with went and looked at the car and stated that an alignment could be done. They went around the car and stated that their some issues that the car had such as the frame was bent. So I asked [redacted] if the alignment could be performed still [redacted] said yes. I received my car and upon leaving the place of business the car was jerking out of control and was in worse condition than when I brought it in. I immediately called demand a refund [redacted] said I cant were closed come in tomorrow morning. I came in tomorrow morning he said I'll drive the car with you and on the test drive, as he drove the car it was jerking and he said oh yeah this is unsafe and the car is finished. He drove us back to the establishment and I said I need a refund for the damage he did. He then said, "These things happen ever day and all the time" then refused to give me a refund. I told he damaged my car and did not perform the alignment he sad he would. He insisted on not giving me a refund so then I said I would call the police, he said ok and Officer [redacted] came took a report and said that he has been there many times for similar problems but could not force him to give me a refund, but to go on Revdex.com and make a claim.Desired Settlement: A refund for the amount I paid for the alignment 49.95 USD

We went out our way to please Mr. [redacted]

1)issue credit to alignment that he was not pleased about which was $89,95 plus tax.

2) he was not happy about having black wall side of his tires out which he never told us he wanted letters

out but to please mr. [redacted] we offered to swap the sides and balance the all tires at no cost to him but mr [redacted] refused.

3) Mr [redacted] came back after a while and claimed that we should not have used torch to loosen his tie rod ends.We informed

mr. [redacted] that there is no other way to loosen them and in his own words said that Eastern tire told him we should not have

used torch I called Eastern tire from mr .[redacted]'s phone to speak to them about using the torch explained to the person that answered

telephone about Mr.[redacted]'s claim and asked to speak with their a manger than I was put on hold and no one came to telephone

after Mr. [redacted] left. In a nut shell we can honestly say that we tried to please and answer his concerns but Mr.[redacted] was determined

not to be pleased therefor
