In response to your letter dated August 3, regarding the complaint made by *** ***Concerning the hail damage claim., the complainant was married to a board member at the time and knows all this informationThe insurance company would only allow us to claim siding damage on two
sides of all the buildings, the board choose to replace all sides or the buildings with a hi-grade vinyl siding that included a lifetime warrantyThe association paid the difference to put siding on the other two sides of the buildings, vinyl was chosen due to its resistants' to damage and the lifetime warranty, and it was not a "cheaper" sidingThe insurance claim also included the roofs, which the board chose to use a higher grade shingle, the gutters and downspouts were also replaced using a larger size gutterThe board has made improvements to the entryways and other areas of the common ground over the years, including streets and sidewalks that the City of Indianapolis claimed to have no money for repairsGemini Management is very diligent in verifying insurance coverage for all contractsThe HOA has paid for meals and refreshments for board members and their guest at meetings, this includes the complainant who attended meetings while married to a board memberThe Association does not pay for the management company's meals or refreshmentsThe board members have never received compensation to Gemini Managements knowledge, the board does use the services of a financial advisor, who was a previous owner and board member, and they do pay for his mealThe meeting location is a family restaurant that has an over years old area.We had a contractor evaluate the crack in the :front porch, it's a minor and it is not separated, we were also told that it was not structural so we had it sealedThe complainant continues to insist that the crack is structural, therefore the board has asked that a structural engineer evaluate itThe management company went out the day the complainant called about the crack and took pictures, one of the board members also looked at it the same timeMonths later the complainant moved a large screen TV on the front porch and left it there until the board insisted that it be removedPlease note the board of directors must approve and sign all contracts for the association, they also must authorize all major expensesWe are not aware of any window issues for this complainant, she can feel free to report it to our officePlease contact us at 317-293-with any additional questions.Mark S***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
ok first on hail damage. first the vinyl siding was more than 2 dollars a foot cheaper. the metal siding that was on the condo was far better than the cheap siding that is falling of the condo and for mark or the board to make changes to the condo you need 67% of the hoa owners to approve and they NEVER got that. the sidewalks on our condo are NOT owned by the city. there was NEVER a contractor on my property inspecting the porch. if he had someone come out they would CLEARLY see the porch is broken in half it not a simple crack like he lied about in his reply  . the board members he is speaking of are way past the max amount of time to even be on the board and have NEVER said so in a letter to all the owners to let them know this little fact. yes my ex was on the board and yes we did get free food at the meetings too however it was mark and the board members that said it was ok to do so. at the time I took them for their word and the fact is they can not use our hoa money to pay for their food and booze with out a 2/3 vote by all the hoa members. they have been doing this and know they need the vote. so they are thieves!  after fighting with mark to even admit that they are responsible to do the repairs. only to now claim this lie of a contractor saying that the porch is not structural. we have had now 7 contractors and counting ( ours all have estimates and explanation of how infact the pillars holding our roof over the porch are structural. and there is no way to fix the breaks with out replacing. putting the caulking in the crack only helps to keep water from coming in the top not the sides as they are breaks and the stuff he used on it is for cracks NOT breaks (the fact that the porch that is broken in half is infact structural means nothing) they are responsible for fixing the porch anyway the structural part means nothing this is the ** he told us that got this lawsuit started in the first place. the entry ways he speaks of we got a grant from the city to do and all he had to do is maintain it. and as our photos show the trees have never been trimmed or mulched the sign is over grown with the plants from never being maintained. infact other than cutting the grass they have done nothing to maintain the area the city had to help us to get.  the tv was outside for 34 days behind our bushes. due to being misinformed on what the trash will pick up. nobody said it had to be removed to get the work we pay mark for to be done!not until the last meeting we where at and we removed it that day! they have NO right in the first place to withhold maintenance on our condo because of having something on our porch we shouldn't have! this proves they are not doing what we pay them for. it is going on two years now and we have had enough of these crooks steeling from our hoa and letting it go in to ruin !  mark s[redacted] is a crook we have proof even in this letter of lies he just sent to the Revdex.com he admits he is a thief and I hope he goes to jail for it too!
