As mentioned in our previous response, units sold through the Total Resource Auction sale are subject only the items listed in the TRA guidelines below.  These guidelines are also posted on Manheim.com.  On August 30th the buyer resold this unit through our location, and out of goodwill we did remove all sell fees associated with the transaction.       Manheim's Total Resource Auctions (TRA) Arbitration Policy  Updated: February 6, 2015  This addendum refers to the two (2) required disclosures made by sellers to would-be buyers in branded Total Resource Auction (TRA) Sales. The seller responsibilities are as follows: Seller Responsibilities Inoperative odometer. Title discrepancies must be announced including, but not limited to; not actual miles, salvage, theft recovery, stolen vehicle, flood damage, Lemon Law buybacks and trade assist.  The timelines established by the NAAA Arbitration Policy for either announcement will apply.  Buyer must be aware.  There will be no arbitration proceedings for any other defect.
