CUSTOMER REQUEST FOR SERVICE: Washer drain is slow, sink and bath tub drainLow psi to kitchen hot sideOur technician went to the house Mrs [redacted] was home Mr [redacted] was not homeMrs [redacted] was unable to communicate what they needed or what the problem was Technician fixed the low water pressure by clearing the line to the kitchen sinkHe cleaned the cartridge on the faucetSink pressure was okTried to rod the tub and lavNo luckUsed ½ gallon clobber from our trucktreated the slow drainsTechnician looked at the washer drainThe drain came from the machine and went into an open pit in the floorIt appeared to be a sump pitThe rest of the drain for the machine was in piecesNobody could tell him how the pit and the drain normally worked or the drain to the sanitary sewer was in the bottom of the pitTechnician tried to call Mr [redacted] and did not get an answerTechnician called the shop to ask for direction and was advised to leave a note to explainWe billed for ½ hour travel Billed hours onsiteMr [redacted] called our office and the CSR talked with them about the invoice She explained what we didMr [redacted] just did not like the explanation.A phone message was left for Mr [redacted] to call us to discuss this complaint

I spoke with Mr***. I apologized that we did not get back with him after his first message. I informed him that is not the way we respond to our customer's concerns. I also offered to issue a credit for the second and third trip in clearing his sewer line. There is no
guarantee after pulling roots from a sewer that the problem will not re-occur. Mr*** indicated that one of our techs told him that there is a guarantee - therefore, we will speak with that tech to inform him of our policy on sewer drain cleaning guarantees. Mr*** was happy with the action we are taking

Our collections personnel reported that they tried to contact Mr*** regarding the account and mailed two notices before it was turned over to collections. Unfortunately, we did not have the most recent contact information and were unable to directly speak with our customer. Our front
office personnel also did not remember the attempt by Mr*** to come into the office to pay the invoice.I called Mr*** to discuss the issue. We are going to apply full credit to his account and remove collections action. Mr*** indicated that he is happy to resolve this issue in this manner. *** ***Director of Sales

CUSTOMER REQUEST FOR SERVICE:  Washer drain is slow, sink and bath tub drain. Low psi to kitchen hot side. Our technician went to the house.  Mrs [redacted] was home.  Mr. [redacted] was not home. Mrs. [redacted] was unable to communicate what they needed or what the problem was. ...

Technician fixed the low water pressure by clearing the line to the kitchen sink. He cleaned the cartridge on the faucet. Sink pressure was ok. Tried to rod the tub and lav. No luck. Used ½ gallon clobber from our truck.. treated the slow drains. Technician looked at the washer drain. The drain came from the machine and went into an open pit in the floor. It appeared to be a sump pit. The rest of the drain for the machine was in pieces. Nobody could tell him how the pit and the drain normally worked or the drain to the sanitary sewer was in  the bottom of the pit. Technician tried to call Mr. [redacted] and did not get an answer. Technician called the shop to ask for direction and was advised to leave a note to explain. We billed for ½ hour travel Billed 1.25 hours onsite.. Mr. [redacted] called our office and the CSR talked with them about the invoice.  She explained what we did. Mr. [redacted] just did not like the explanation.A phone message was left for Mr. [redacted] to call us to discuss this complaint.

I spoke with [redacted].Our technician did make a process error and should have informed that customer of the additional charge for leak searching the systemWe are going to issue a credit to his account.  Mr. Elmer has agreed to pay the $75.00 diagnostic fee.  He was happy with this...
