The issue had already been presented to *** Motors of America, and they are the party currently addressing the issue in terns of any further effortsPer a conversation between acting Service Manager Scott H*** and representatives from KMA, the issue was being turned over to their (KMA) legal

Great experience! Very professional, fast, and friendly I would highly recommend them and my salesman *** *** who worked hard to put a great deal together!

Revdex.com:This is not true on their part at all. The initial complaint was that the van would not shift at tr imes, or was sticking when it did shirt. I was called and told that the repairs they did would fix the issue, when that was clearly false, not only false but deception. It's funny that as soon as my warranty was up, then they decided it was an internal transmission issue. No repair shops in my area work on Kia transmissions, that's the only reason why I took it to [redacted], I thought it was the transmission. If it was over a check engine light, I could've taken it to the nearest parts store and had it read for free. Ad for me being unreasonable, my ride had asked the manager a question, and was snapped at very rudely, so he said to me "good luck this guys an [redacted] after that I was told to leave, without ever having the work done explained or any paperwork explaining it ever given to me. After all this, and I found a reputable mechanic shop, I found out the front axle is what was going out the whole time. This place is telling you whatever they want to do unneeded work.

Kia contacted me and informed me they'd be doing nothing to resolve the matter. So someone should be help accountable. This endangered the lives of my children and it will be a danger to other consumers. The standards that your local company believes are safe, rotted my control arm all the way through within 4 months after your dealership inspected it and assured me it was safe. We were almost to the interstate when this happened. Do you understand what would've happened if we were doing interstate speed? The tires were both turned outward, in opposite directions after your company sent the vehicle back on the road after passing it through their inspection 4 months earlier.

Mr. [redacted] visited our dealership in May and July of 2017 for two separate issues.  On may 8th,  there was a check engine light which had a code related to an evaporative emissions leak.  The technician found a crack in the vehicles' emission canister.  The repair was quoted to Mr....

[redacted] and he authorized replacement of the part and the labor it entailed.  After the repairs were completed  the vehicle was released to the customer with no further concerns at that time.  On July 17th 2017 the customer brought the vehicle in for a separate concern stating that the van was jerking really bad and driving slow to get into gear.  It was suggested at this time, based on the concern and the mileage that the customer perform a transmission fluid drain and refill.  In which the customer approved.    From my understanding, Mr. [redacted] was told by the previous service manager that the vehicle may require additional diagnosis and he was not satisfied with that information. The repairs performed on Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle were over two months apart as well as over 5000 miles. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction, in which we always strive to take care of our customers.  However, when an individual starts to make a scene and will not listen to reason, we will politely ask them to leave.  The repairs performed to Mr. [redacted]s vehicle were legitimate based on the concerns he had at the time.

Dutch Miller Kia is engaging in false advertising and deceptive sales practices. They lied to my face and asked me to pay 20% more than advertised pricing. In addition they have false window sticker addendums listing accessories and increasing the sales price for these accessories when they are not even installed on the vehicle.
