Use someone else. The gentleman who was hired to clean the carpets in our house did a horrible job. Two rooms looked like they had been slightly vacuumed, while the other two and the hallway didn't look like they had been touched. I could physically see dirt, hair, and general dirtiness on the carpets without having to go in for a close inspection. When we contacted them to come back and redo the carpets since we weren't satisfied with the lack of cleaning, the gentlemen showed up and was more interested in arguing with us than making sure the job was done correctly. He eventually redid the carpets, but I would never recommend a business who employs or is owned by such a pompous, inconsiderate person.
