I called the business number and left a message letting the proprietor know that I would like an estimate He called back and this was fine as we spoke on the phone Then...at AM he TEXTED me asking for information to provide and estimate He had forgotten we'd already spoken I texted back and reminded him and told him "am text scared me big time." At 4:AM he TEXTED me AGAIN and said, "we do jobs downtown so for us this is daytime." No regrets, no apologies and another inappropriate text
