On 3/**/16, I forwarded you all responses from all parties herein involved in complaint#[redacted]. After review of the sent documents I'm sure you will understand why I wish to pursue this claim against Dutchess 3D Imaging. I am again very sorry for being so disorganized. I am computer illiterate and that's where the confussion comes in play with me forwarding documents out to you in sequence. I hope to do better in the near future. Thank you for your time to this very important matter.   By the way< documents forwarded on 3/**/16 were sent via postal service and should arrive any day now or atleast no later than the (6) six days I'm given to respond to your last email to me.                                      �... Again, our recommendations for when the best time to come for pictures are listed on our website, under prices and packages. All of our social media posts area labeled with the gestational age of the baby's picture that we are posting. I responded to your emails and phone calls prior to this complaint. We provided you with a service that you have paid for. You left with everything you paid for. The images that were obtained for you are normal for the gestational age you were at the date of your appointment. [redacted]
