Review: My account was overpaid, and I have asked several times for a refund for the overpayment. Account was overpaid on 08/**/2013. I have called 2 times or more weekly since. Every time I call, I am told I need to speak with the manager only. The manager told me she would issue the refund immediately and mail me a refund check. I never received a check and the manager will not take my phone calls or return my call. Being I have received every possible excuse regarding a refund check I asked if I could instead just receive a refund back onto the same credit card used to pay for original services, and they tell me they can not discuss it with me only with the manager. The manager , [redacted], absolutely refuses to return my phone calls and is always unavailable no matter what time of the day I call.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive my money back immediately any method possible.
