I am writing in response to a complaint you contacted us about from [redacted] ***, our nieceWe have been making contact with [redacted] and working on a resolution, however I will explain below some of what has taken place and I am attaching text messages and [redacted] messages that show that we were in contact with [redacted] and have been trying for a resolution.Feb [redacted] bought the car As IsShortly after she purchased the car someone hit her in a parking lot [redacted] brought the car down but we did not see a lot of damage however [redacted] told us she took the vehicle to someone else in the valley and was having it repaired through the other persons insuranceShe said there was a couple thousand dollars damage done to the vehicle.September 11- [redacted] sent [redacted] a text saying that [redacted] asked [redacted] to contact [redacted] about her car as [redacted] 's mother (***'s Sister) said the car wasn't working [redacted] responded by saying she was hoping to find a [redacted] *** [redacted] told her we didn't have any at the moment but that they could look at the auction however there were none available at the next few auctions[redacted] was asked to call [redacted] on several occasions and didn't.October [redacted] contacted us saying this is our last chance to respond and that she wanted her money back or her car replaced for another vehicle.Oct [redacted] responded to [redacted] with [redacted] 's number for her to contact (She already had this number) [redacted] called [redacted] and he told her that he would bring it down and take a look at it[redacted] and [redacted] arranged to pick up the vehicle.Oct [redacted] arranged for [redacted] to go to Kingston and tow the [redacted] back to [redacted] 's Auto Sales.The mechanic looked it over and said the vehicle is not unsafe to driveThere is rocker sill damage to the car as [redacted] had someone jack up the car and change the tires and they misplaced the jack which resulted in it going through[redacted] spoke to [redacted] and offered for her to come down and pick out another vehicle from the lot.Oct [redacted] came to the lot and had the option to look over all the vehicles in the lot, tried out a few.Oct [redacted] returned to [redacted] 's Auto Sales and looked over the cars againShe was interested in a car however her mother suggested she not get that car as it was two door and not suitable to use when taking a child in and out.It was decided by [redacted] that she would come back at a later date to see if there was anything different.We have been working with [redacted] to find another vehicle that is suitable for herWe are not sure why she has put in this complaint as we were under the understanding that we were being reasonable with her request and willing to work with her which is stated within the messages.Suggested Resolution:We have given [redacted] the option to choose another car priced within reasonAs stated above this was the understanding we had already come to and it is also the resolution she wanted in her complaintWe are and have been trying to work this out with [redacted] ***.Please contact us with any questions or anything furtherSincerely, [redacted] and [redacted] (Business Additional Info.pdf)
