Review: around aug ** had problem with a freezer not keeping temp. so went on line found some numbers and called one, [redacted] came out promptly and told me what was wrong. ordered a compressor installed and still unit not working he said that one was bad ordered another one and would be back when it came in. this took almost 3 weeks never heard from him called everyday left messages and got phone calls back once in a while. he also had other people call saying they would be out to fix problem a new compressor showed up but noone showed to install it this has cost over $400. and still no freezer. [redacted] said he got evicted from warehouse, he was moving always an excuse for not showing up. amazes me that he is still in business, if he treats all his customers like this well that is sad. his answering service says that he will return all calls within 30 minutes I always laugh at them and say 30 days is more like it.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to come get the compressor and return the money I already paid for it $264.17

Review: I paid for 2 pizza ovens last year 6/**/12 and a 6 foot hood for the pizza ovens, [redacted] at dutches county oven and mixer was going to instal the 2 items in march of this year since march he has come up with more excuses as to why he can't install them, from raining to hard to firing all his employees and not being able to find a moving company to move them. I offered to pick them up myself but he is never around or has something else to do. My business is slowly failing and now because of [redacted] I am not able to pay my rent. I have only been open for 5 months but if I don't get my ovens soon I will have to close up. Please help Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I need my ovens and hood to keep my business open
