Review: I purchased a brand new sled from the dealer in February (exact date not known at this time - the paper work is at home) I paid in full when I picked it up. I was promised by our salesperson and owner, [redacted] Conston, that I would be delivered a new belt and safety sticker for the sled because of a defect in the sled. The belt and sticker have not yet been receievd by me. I have called and emailed [redacted] nearly daily to resolve the issue and all he ever tells me is that 'it's in the mail'. I thought he was only the salesperson but when I called to complain to a manager, I was advised that he is also the owner.Desired Settlement: I would like the belt and safety sticker delivered as offered by him and promised to me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

I rec a call from and spoke w/ Mr. [redacted] from Dutchess on Thursday, July 25. I told him once I rec the parts stated in our complaint, I would advise Revdex.com that this matter has been resolved to our satisfaction.

We have not yet received the parts but do expect them some time this week.

Review: I purchased a Motorcycle in July of 2012 from Dutchess Recreational Vehicles. Along with the bike, I purchased an additional two year, transferable, manufactures warrantee. I sold the bike in March of 2014. When the new [redacted] took delivery he brought the bike into his dealer in Chicago to have it serviced and checked over. It was then that he discovered that the extended warrantee was never activated. I have tried calling 5 times and get the run around every time regarding this issue. They never resolve it and never return my calls. The new [redacted] has had similar experiences.Desired Settlement: I simply wish to have the warrantee that I purchased, activated by the dealer so the new [redacted] can receive what he paid for.
