Attached is my response to the *** complaint to the Revdex.com as well as a copy of the final invoice to the ***s noting our assessment of completion and credits for portions not completed prior to complaints due to cost of extras and change orders

I am rejecting this response because: Failure to Communicate and Document Work Business failed to provide invoices and costs for work being doneThe business consistently came in with higher than estimated costs with no documentation saying why this was the caseCharging more than what is estimated without any additional invoices is unprofessional and why the business was told to stop workAn example of this is when the business told us about an extra cost for plumbing and when asked for plumbing invoice would not produce itAdditionally, this work had to be redone more info on this is explained later in this documentConfusion could have been avoided if business provided proper documentationFaulty work with Sister *** and Sub Flooring Below are pictures of the inadequate sister joist/flooring that had to be removed because they covered rotten flooring notice the sloppy/missing cuts for the flooring just below the sink plumbingThe plywood had to be redone by another contractor to actually remove the rotten subfloor and replace it properly: The image below shows the rotten subflooring that *** did not remove and tried to just cover it up. Business is trying to charge us $2,for this workWe had to pay another more competent carpenter to correctly fix this problemThe business was complaining of a biohazard, we are talking about working on the plumbing of a toilet so we are not sure what he expectedI am not sure how one would expect to work on sewer lines and not expect that to be a biohazardFailure to Fix Sink Drains and Bath Drains The bath drains were not replaced correctly and fully and were still leaking pictures of PVC parts that were replaced can be seen below. The business failed to understand the problem and fix the leaksAfter having the bath drains redone it was a matter of getting the correct parts it was a matter of less than $The business failed to do proper workmanship and is another reason why business was told to stop workWe will not pay for faulty and poor work that had to be redoneThe business is trying to charge $for this poor and faulty workFalsification of Pier Preparation for Replacement The business is falsifying work being done under crawlspaceMaybe because they thought we would not look under the crawlspace we are not sure? The business falsely claimed they did pier preparationThere is no evidence that this has occurred the piers were already dislodged naturally and before the business started work on the propertyImage of naturally dislodged piers can be seen below: This is another example of why the business was told to stop work on our project due to the lack of integrity and falsification of workFalsifying treating of Crawlspace for Moisture and Mold This was never done and and checked by other contractors as wellThe business after being asked repeatedly for invoices on work completed never mentioned this until last correspondence with the Revdex.comThis is lack of communication and falsifying of work is another reason why business was told to stop workBusiness is trying to charge us $1,for this not started or completed workBusiness failed to produce any sort of invoice when asked numerous times to this is unprofessional and poor communicationImproper installation of Vapor Barriers Business was asked numerous times about the amount of water in crawlspace and drying the area out and asked by us to wait so that water could dry and drainThe business proceeded to install vapor barrier and the vapor barrier became submerged in water delaying the natural drying process of water sinking in the groundWe had to remove the vapor barrier to get the water to dryThis is a failure of the business not listening to customer concerns and not understanding the problemWe will not pay for work that is faulty and had to be redoneThe business is trying to charge $for thisAn example of water on the vapor barrier can be seen below:

Response to complains 1. Faulty workmanship:             We have been unable to complete contracted work for the clients per the clients request that we not return to the property and return the property keys.We have not received any documentation from the professional inspections as stated in the complaint. They can not substantiate faulty workmanship as the job is incomplete. Several faulty claims I can respond to are:             * The subfloor area was treated with a solution called concrobium             * A typo was found concerning the plumbing - replacement of a negative grade sewer line is actually a repair of a negative sewer grade. The cost is the same.             * Any remaining work debris on top of the vapor barrier would have been removed at the completion of the job             * While my employees were under the house the tenant flushed the toilet dumping raw sewage onto them. This sewage leak had been pooling under the property or some time. Immediate notification was made. This debris was cleaned at NO EXTRA COST to the client.             *Moisture barriers become wet during wet seasons. The weather is beyond our companies control. More moisture will accumulate next winter as well.             *  All of our COMPLETED work is always warrantied at the standard 1 year time limit. 2. Withholding money:             There is no money being withheld. Attached is a final invoice of the current stages of completion and cost. We have already made several credits and are willing to make adjustment in order to facilitate a compromise with the clients. Such as:             *400.00 credit for a misunderstanding between myself and my subcontractor in that the head outs for plumbing were not %100 complete prior to being dismissed from the project.  3.No workers comp:              We carry workers compensation in several states including California 4.  Building permits:             Either the contractor or the owner may do this and your email verifies that you were planning on pulling the permits for your project. 5. Charging for work that has not been completed:             Our final invoice makes clear that we have offered credit for work we were not permitted to finish in efforts to compromise with the clients. 6. Failure to provide written documentation for jobs:             We have proceeded with the agreed contract and bid pricing. A bid is an inclusive price and not itemized. A client that requires additional documentation is contracted as a time and materials contract not a bid format. 7. Wont return property keys:             Property keys were mailed to the sunnyvale address.

[redacted]This letter is to serve as a final response to the consumer complaint. The consumer did breach the terms of the contract by not allowing business to address any complaints and by hiring an outside repair service which is not covered under our warranty or licensed. There is no refund.
