I have reached out to the complaint with no responseIf at anytime *** or Steve would like to pick up there $that is listed on their account they are welcomed to do that at the Hartland locationThey would need to call and confirm that I (the owner) would be available as I do have pending appointments regularlyThis would assure all cash would have a receipt for the transactionWe do not issue lesser checks as anything under If she would like to permanently close her account she would need to do it in person again at our Hartland locationAs I am the only one who handles this type of situationAgain at that time she can have her $in cash with a signed receipt of transaction
