The driveway was done 100% using the right material and equipment You requested a tar n chip driveway you should have educated yourself on tar n chip before making the decisionyou cany pay for tar n chip and get asphalt it doesn't work that waythere will be no refund issued if you would
like to get a second opinion from another contractor be my guests your job is done 100% and at no time did we tell you there will be no grass grow into the driveway buy some weed killer spray down the weed killer

*** asked what options she had available and she said that she seen tar and chip on our websiteAfter agreeing on a price of we scheduled the job*** was home during the job she seen the way it was done and was happy.After completing the Job she made payment and we left *** the stopped payment and came up with a list of complaints this took her one weekend.We told *** tar and chipNeeds time to solidify and that if there were some spots with vegetation going through that she should spray some weed killer and that this is normal.But nothing we say or do will satisfy her we had to settle on dollars that was not even enough to cover our material and labor.I have offered in every way to fix these complaints *** refuses to speak to me she has a good job at half price.Duvall paving LLC

I am rejecting this response because:I am attaching a copy of the contract that was agreed upon. You can clearly see that the driveway was supposed to be treated with an herbicide. You can also see that the process of tar, stone, and rolling, was supposed to be repeated. Also stated in the contract are other issues to which I referred in my complaint. The response of the business is completely irresponsible and false.

I am rejecting this response because: It is untruthful and does not accurately represent the events that took place. It also does not refer to the contract which clearly states that they would do the ENTIRE process twice. As I had appointments that day, I was not at home for the entire process. I just stopped in to view the progress for a few minutes when I could. When they left, I had not seen the entire driveway. Once I realized what they had done, I stopped payment. I made a partial payment at the request of John G[redacted] several days later, after he assure me that he knew that the process was done incorrectly (I saved the voice mail), and that he personally would fix it. He made several appointments to come and agree on a solution. All of which he missed. No effort has been made to fix this driveway. When I try to find people to plow for me in the winter, they tell me that the gravel, which is mostly loose, will not survive. When I call to speak to these people, I get a busy signal or no answer. I have had to hire someone to deal with the weeds in the driveway. I sent you a copy of the contract. In it you will find that even the price that was just quoted is inaccurate. When I paid $6500.00, it was in good faith, and it was done at the behest of John G[redacted] so that he could meet his expenses. and with the understanding that they would come and fix all the problems. To quite John G[redacted], "even if I have to dig it out and start over". Since then they have disappeared.This payment was never agreed upon as a final payment. I regret paying them anything. They can add lying to their other business practices. They have made NO effort to resolve this problem.

The only person to blame for this is John G[redacted] he lied to you and me. He is no longer a part of our business and I am currently sueing him we are left to pick up the pieces after a fat con artist has stoled and lied from you and me both.none the less my good name is on this and I intend to...

fix it when can we schedule the corrections to be made?  I hope ater this is finished you will retract whats been said about me.
