I recived a root canal and crown placement form dr.*** in may of on November the crown broke taking my tooth with it.he then placed it back on with a glue saying that would do.a few days later the crown fell off again.I talked with him asking for full refund of the crown work (out of pocket,insuance)so I could have work done by another dentist.he told me he would not be refunding my insurance but would refund me.if I wanted to come in and pay full out of pocket for another crown,bridge,or implant I could do so
The service was terrible there are a few different events as to why I'm unhappy with their services, I also have some billing questions that went unresolved
I had my tooth pulled weeks ago from there I have tried to contact them about this several times I even have emails to prove itWhen I was there having my tooth pulled the dentist dr jashon H*** dropped my tooth down my throat I had to spit it back up and then he cried he got dirtyHe was rude and they won't contact me about my problem just ignore me or say I have to pay more moneyWhen I say for what they say it's a exam I need to pay them to exam me about so.ething they messed up on
