agenciesMany forms are not issued nor available to February or March each yearIn addition, the Excel spreadsheet was incorrect as it did not reconcile and contained significant errorsMr *** was made aware of thisMr *** was made aware that an extension was being filed and was subsequently made aware that extensions were properly filed and accepted by the IRS and State of DEFilings can be verified via the IRS and State of DEI never refused to return any documentsThere was a mix up on my part, as I was not aware that my receptionist was on vacation on the day he said he would stop in to pick them upI personally apologized for my mistakeAll original documents have been returned, as I personally delivered them to his business located on *** *** ***Mr *** acknowledged receiptIf Mr *** has a list of any original documents that be believes to be missing, I would be more than happy to search through our filesPlease note that this is the first time he has notified that he is missing any of his original documentsIt is my understanding that we have met our professional responsibilities, as we have provided Mr *** with copies of all completed work (via paper and electronic format) and returned all original documentsMr *** is now demanding for us to provide copies of workpapers related to uncompleted work that has not been paid forAll communications have ceased from our end, as Mr *** was verbally abusive to my receptionist and hung up on me during a telephone call in which a resolution was being attemptedMr *** would be aware of my position if he did not abruptly hang up on me as I was trying to explain it to himI have not refused to cooperate with Mr ***'s new accounting firm, as I have not had any direct communication with themThis can be verified by the Revdex.com via a telephone call or email to the new accounting firmPlease note that I went through a similar situation in August when I was first contacted by Mr *** to prepare his tax returns after he had a falling out with his accountant at that timeIt was at that time that I became aware that Mr *** has had numerous accountants over the last decadeIt is my opinion that Mr ***'s complaint is unfounded and is an attempt to obtain copies of workpapers related to work for which he has not paid forI look forward to a responseSent on: 6/2/4:07:PM
