I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Refund was provided but not within the timeframe stated by the company initially It was received today Also, once the complaint from the Revdex.com was received by the company, they called and tried to re-sell the chandelier to me saying that it would be available in weeks They called me times and then when I returned their call I was transferred to different people Very poor experience and would have been avoided if they provided refund at the beginningThey have clearly failed at the " five star" service they strive for

The customer had placed an orderThe warehouse prepared the order for shipment and then noticed the item was damagedWe then called the customer giving them options of waiting for a new one or cancelling and refundingAt that time she informed us that she would like to cancel and refundWe then
proceeded and gave a refund within our refund processing time frameThe copy of the refund is enclosedMy goal is to provide star service, please let me know if there is anything else you need we will be more than happy to help you.Thank you! Daniel
