We, including the mechanic, told the warranty company that it was a blown head gasket on two cylinders The warranty company said that it was not covered under her warranty After that I told the machine shop to resurface the head for replacement because it would have to be done to be put back on the car I feel we were more than fair in discounting her bill over $ The fact is that the warranty company did not cover the work, but she is ultimately responsible whether they covered it or not The amount agreed upon for payment is less than the tear down cost that she agreed to She said she had some other things wrong with her car but did not bring it back to us for repair We listed on her invoice that other work was needed Please feel free to contact us for further information Thank you, [redacted] ***DVMoore, Inc
