DV Warehouse refuses to submit a request for a qualified shipping refund to me with FedEx shipper.
Numerous e mail contact has come to an abrupt halt from DV Warehouse in the process of submitting a qualified shipping refund for a lost/late package delivered to me 3-5 days late. Fed ex is the shipper that DV Warehouse used to return a repaired laptop to me. The tracking of Fed Ex indicated delivery to be 12/8/18 but Fed ex informed me that it was lost. When they recovered it in the wrong state, they indicated it was their fault for the misrouting and it would be delivered 12/11/19. Again, the package got delayed, and I was told from Fed ex it would be delivered at some unknown date and time. I contacted DV Warehouse and they stated when it does get delivered, they would assist me in acquiring a shipping refund. When the package arrived 12/13/19, I contacted DV Warehouse again stating Fed ex agreed to refund shipping as it was their fault for the delay and I was eligible for a refund of shipping fees provided the shipper, DV Warehouse submits for it. DV Warehouse stated they didn't feel I was eligible for any refund since I received the goods and I did not pay the shipping fee. A totally different story than what they initially told me. Now, DV Warehouse ignores my phone calls and e-mails. On a side note, DV Warehouse arbitrarily charged my credit card (later refunded) $415. also. I have attached supportive documentation from chat with Fed ex and e-mails with DV Warehouse.

Desired Outcome

DV Warehouse should follow through with the agreed shipping refund fee.

A $20 shipping refund was issued to you 12/26/2019.
you were emailed a confirmation same day a refund was given to you (***) please check your email box, if you do not have that we can resend it to you .

*** did a free installation ( $160 worth of labor ) as another courtesy on this case and we thought we went out of our way to help you here.

DV Warehouse did refund my $20.00 shipping refund that Fed Ex shipper authorized for misrouted game/delaying delivery. DV Warehouse DID NOT perform a courtesy a courtesy free ($160.00) labor installation. The installation that they performed was the standard installation fee of ($80.00) that I INITIALLY PAID to the local authorized Micro Center apple dealer for the part sold to me from DV. Warehouse that FAILED under the warranty period. I submitted the receipt to DV Warehouse for personally paying this bill. I also was required to pay for removal of the failed part from my laptop to return for warranty. When the warranted part failed AGAIN for the second time 2 weeks later, only then did DV Warehouse perform the ("courtesy free installation") valued at $80.00 although I however had to pay the shipping of my laptop through USPS at my personal cost of approximately $20.00. The warranted part must now be removed (at my cost) once again for failure and returned as of 01/03/2020 with a granted authorized request for refund of the part of $398.00. The e-mail for this transaction has been sent in my previous message. This case is not resolved until this has been completed. Thank you.

On 1/18/2020, I wish to close this case as the deposit(s) have cleared from DV Warehouse. Hopefully, DV Warehouse will not give me cause to re-open or start new case. Once again, thank you for moderating and intervening as needed.
