Review: This is a rental company similar to [redacted]. I rented two movies at the beach ([redacted]) and we neglected to return the movies prior to leaving the area on Sunday. I called Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to inquire about my options to get the returns sent back to them. All the while incurring daily charges for the rentals. The voice mail when you call sends you on a run around all over before you are finally given the chance to leave a message (I have yet to reach a human) the recording states you will receive a call the following business day again which I have not. I am sure this is not the first case of someone renting a movie and not returning and trying to inquire how to fix the area, only to get no return while the company makes money daily on the movies NOT BEING RETURNED due to the the calls NOT BEING RETURNED.Desired Settlement: I want the charges for this late fees to be removed from my account.
