Mr. B [redacted] called with additional comments: Her husband came back, threatened me and said he would damage my property and my cars. I told him to take me to small claims court and he said he would be the judge and jury and would not pay any more money and that he was going to make me pay.

Received a call from the business (MrB***) stating that the vehicle was a private sale from his wife not the business.When the young lady first saw the vehicle, it was on Genesee Stand Bailey StShe contacted me because my wife wanted me to handle the transaction.She asked if the car could be
warranted and I advised her that it could be a 50/deal.She came to me several times with different issues, but the biggest was the transmission.I feel that she voided the warranty by driving the 4xtruck because she had the vehicle in wheel low and high.You can not drive a truck like this on solid pavement in wheel low or high and not mess up the transmission.So the transmission got that way because of her doing, not a defect in the vehicleOriginally, I advised the consumer to go to another garage to get an estimate and have it fixed there, with me paying 50%.Now, out of good will and no blame to the business due to it being a private sale; I will pay for half the cost to repair the transmission, only if it is done at my business

MrVernon Bgave me verbal: He stated everything she stated in the complaint is correct except there was people that wanted to buy that truck and she ran the others out of the business saying no,no, no! I am buying that truckI told her, and it is posted in my shop that there are no cash
refunds, she needs to spend her deposit in my storeShe had a problem with her tax refund and returned weeks later with her brother to test drive and he told her not to buy the truckShe still wanted the truckHe talked her out of itShe can't have her cash refund as it is her truck, she paid the deposit and the truck is here for herShe ran the other customers who wanted it out of my storeIf she doesn't want it, she has to spend the deposit here and by something elseI have offered her separate vehicles in turn for the ***, she has declined all offers
