no possible way for ***'s tire to have been punctured from the tow service, this makes her claim falseWhen we drove her vehicle around to the front from our impound lot, the tires were fineIf what *** is saying were true her tire would have been low before we brought it around the front for herWe believe that since *** was very angry she had a tow bill and a parking ticket that she drove over the many pot holes on the side streets leaving our facility and that's how her tire got flat, which would also cause the same puncture mark she claimsI can also ensure you that nobody laughed at her, if anything we would have asked her to come directly back to our shop and we would have offered to repair her tire

Review: on sunday 4/16/14 at approx 4am my vehicle was towed for parking during a snow emeregency. At approx. 11am on 4/16/14 I went to pick up my car at the towing lot. I paid 195 cash to get my car back and the towing people brought the car around to the front lot. I proceeded to get in my car and drive if off of their lot when I realized the tire was flat. At that point I asked the towing people what happened to my tire they said it was my problem and laughed at me. I had to have [redacted] change the tire to the donut tire. I took the wheel to [redacted] to get the tire repaired. They were unable to repair the tire due to the side wall being punctured by the tow truck. The tow truck driver punctured the side wall of the tire with the stinger arm. This was what was indicated to me by both [redacted] and [redacted]. These is easily determined by the perfect triangle shape that is created by the stinger arm when pushed through the side of the tire instead of under the tire.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the purchase of the new tire of 140 dollars. I had all four of my tires replaced in august 2013 and would never have needed a new tire if they would have been more careful when towing my car. the swinger arm is suposed to go under the tire and due to the drivers negligence he hit the side wall of my tire with the stinger arm and punctured the tire.
