factors not in evidence here. The original “order” date was a long conversation with one of the people at the Firemans School at the airport. They spec’d some very unusual product that was special order from overseas, and EXPENSIVE. I was NEVER told this was a “TERMS” order and I would have refused the order up front had that been brought to bear. When I finally GOT the Purchase Order, it was marked NET TERMS. I called easily 20 times and It took well over a month and a half to get the details worked out, which took us well into August. Their solution was to make a small deposit and they still expected us to do terms on the balance. We explained, in GREAT detail, that these were products that were NOT available from any vendor in the US and thus had to be special ordered. We spent the money and ordered the product. The we waited, and we waited, and we waited. Who is out the money here? Me, my Company, not the customer. In Mid October, I had an accident that tore up my left arm and we wound up going through months of Physical Therapy that sidelined me often times, only to find, that, in the end, we would need corrective surgery for me to regain use of my arm. We began the process right after Christmas, and into January, culminating in Three hospital stays, and finally, surgery. There remains, yet again, Physical Therapy. I missed a great deal of work in the last quarter of 2015. This is not an excuse, but it IS a FACT. We ABSOLUTELY missed the December 31 Deadline for this order, and right after the first of the year, we began getting calls from the customer. I explained what was happening here, and yet, I continued to get emails and calls, all for product not even paid for yet. Finally, I was able to get some of the product shipped, UPS Tracking Number: [redacted]. As I explained to the customer, I wanted to complete this order because I don’t get paid until I do, or, more correctly, 30 days AFTER I do. The fact that I have been unable to do so, is not because I am trying to dodge the order, or make off with their money, I haven’t even GOTTEN paid for 80% of it, and I’ve shipped what I could physically do. I am attaching photos of THREE different hospital stays, in just the month of January. The “FACT” that the customer could “not get ahold of me” is simply due to the fact that I was in the hospital and I’ve missed a ton of work, AND revenue. If this customer would prefer that we cancel the rest of the order and she can source it elsewhere, I understand. She seems to be under the impression that we’ve run off with funds that we’ve never gotten. She says there is a “disputed amount” of over $5,000.00. We’ve NEVER gotten those funds, EVER, and would NOT have until 30 days AFTER we completed the order.

Attached is the invoice and copy of the check that was sent on 1/17/17.  Below is the UPS tracking number sent to me by Robert S[redacted] that shows the status of "Delivered" and it only contained 1 of the 16 CH Analog ($899.00) units - the unit's weight was only 21 lbs (the entire shipment would be much heavier).   We have only received $899.00 of our $6,650.00 order.

I apologize if somehow that was not made clear, but IP cameras use NVR’s and POE switches, HD analog cameras use DVR’s and Standard Power Supplies. I have received ZERO communication from the customer other than this complaint. I will investigate the “missing” DVR and advise forthwith. All other issues, in my mind, have been clarified and adjusted. Simply put, we have a customer with a 1080p HIGH Definition System as we discussed. The cameras zoom and do what he wanted and no further action is necessary on that / those issues. Thank you! BobRSJ Wholesale, inc. d/b/aGreat Lakes CCTV & SurveillanceTOLL FREE : 800-807-1271 x4Direct Line : 440-265-4726

As I told the rep early in the week, I've been in Atlanta for two weeks, and three weeks in Chicago prior to that, installing systems for the Federal Government. I will issue a refund next week when I am back in the office.
