This complaint has a lot of holes in itDue to the fact that the permits took over a month to get approved, change orders, delays in inspections, and design modifications contributed to certain delays in the projectAlso all subs are paid up to date so I'm not sure who I owe money tooI have HVAC, stucco, electrician, plumbers and fire sprinklers scheduled in but as I told the [redacted] I am waiting on windows to be delivered so we can install before stucco, and HVAC scheduled before plumbing fire sprinklers and electricalwindows are due Tuesday and work is moving forwardI just had a meeting with the [redacted] on Friday and went over the schedule and they seemed to be ok with the scheduleI do agree that this project has taken longer than anticipated but nevertheless the project is moving forward and we have subs scheduled in this week

Review: DVS and I entered into a contract on 10/2/2014 that a casita would be built in my backyard within six months. It is now July 4, 2015 and only the framing is complete. He has pushed the job off a lot and I just found out he has not paid one of his subcontractors in 75 days. He continues to procrastinate with the job and will not provide with a specific completion date or anything in writing stating that the job is moving forward.Desired Settlement: I am looking to receive my money back and have someone else complete the job if he is unable to or for him to complete the job he was paid to do in a timely manner
