Staff is untrained, classless, unprofessional, nasty, irresponsible and absolutely incompetent to say the least. Good luck if you're unfortunate enough to have to interact with PAM SHAWBACK, ROB BRASWELL, JAYNE PEET, AMANDA HARDING, ANGIE KARON, STACY, etc. These unskilled workers would not be hired by ANY legitimate, reputable company that has integrity or lawful business practices.
Units are FILTHY, contain mold, leaks, water stains, no insulation, are not energy efficient, have improper heating, appliances are not properly inspected and do not function correctly, windows and doors are broken and not energy efficient. DW Jones Management breaks every law in the book, and does not conduct business honestly whatsoever. It would be in your best interest to RECORD every interaction with them no matter how insignificant it may seem, every phone call, archive every email/text, keep copies of their constant ghetto notices and threats. Believe me, you will thank yourself later when they are in full retaliation mode, and attempting to evict you for no legitimate reason whatsoever.
They are heavily invested in completely childish petty, unlawful practices, when it would be a lot easier for them to invest their time in efforts into simply fixing the issues, taking responsibility, and making things right. Unfortunately they are completely incapable of doing that. It would be in your best interest to file complaints with HUD, public housing authorities, and other fair housing law agencies.
The only residents that will deal with their despicable and disgusting behaviors, are people that no one else will rent to, have criminal records, bad credit, bad or no rental history, drug addiction, smoke in their units that will seep right into yours, and have live in visitors that are not on the lease, and have not been properly screened by a background check, etc. Basically neighbors that no respectable person would choose to have as neighbors. Trust me, save yourself and look elsewhere. Anywhere.

October 6, Revdex.com of Minnesota and North Dakota SRiver Ridge CirBurnsville, MN RE: Complaint ID [redacted] To Whom It May Concern; We have received Ms [redacted] 's complaint and are attempting to make contact with her directly in addition to this written response.The property that Ms [redacted] resides in was built in is located in a neighborhood with heavy foot traffic, crime, and loiteringThe entry buzzer system is original to the building and unfortunately does not have features that allow tenants to communicate with the person trying to enter the buildingAs a result, daily serious breaches to tenant safety were occurring when random individuals would buzz numerous apartment until someone would finally let them in just to make the buzzing stopThese random individuals were found sleeping in various parts of the building, randomly knocking on tenant's doors, and in general loitering within the building resulting in numerous police calls and tenant complaintsIn June of a policy change was implemented where tenants had to open the entry door personally to admit non-tenants into the buildingWhile guests can still buzz a tenant to announce their arrival to the building, tenants can no longer unlock the entry door from their apartmentThe policy change has resulted in zero police calls to the building in the past three months, a dramatic reduction in loitering, and we believe has enhanced the safety of all of the residentsWe also believe the policy change has effectively addressed Ms [redacted] 's complaint of "drunks" getting into the building and walking the hallwaysWe acknowledge the policy change has regrettably created an inconvenience for some of our residents, but we also believe this inconvenience is drastically offset by the dramatic reduction in disruptive activity within the buildingWe are concerned with Ms [redacted] comment regarding her Life Alert bracelet and what appears to be her concern that the current entry method for the building will interfere with her receiving medical assistanceOur office is attempting to contact Ms [redacted] so that we can address her concernIn regards to the cleanliness of the building, we reviewed vendor invoices and staffing patterns, the building is cleaned on a daily bases and the common area carpets are professionally cleaned bi-annuallyA recent inspection is not consistent with Ms [redacted] 's complaints however, again we are attempting to reach out to Ms [redacted] in order to address her concernIn regards to the laundry equipment, our maintenance records show we recently replaced a wash machine and that the other equipment is functioning correctlyAgain, we hope that a conversation with Ms [redacted] will clarify her concernFinally, in regards to the staffing at the property, currently we have a higher number of employees working at the property than in previous yearsWe will work with Ms [redacted] to make sure she has the contact information she needs to readily contact the staff responsible for her building.Patty N
