I am rejecting this response because:Mr. *** failed to complete the agreed upon work in the agreed upon timeframe, and walked off the job without noticeHe had told me that the existing fence would be removed by the end of the day Monday 6/15, but it wasn't even startedHe left the job right after I gave him the check, and did not return until lunchtime when he took his entire crew with him to go to another job for the rest of the day.On the evening of 6/15 I spoke to him about the timeframe that he agreed to, and cautioned him that any delay in materials being delivered or weather would jeopardize completing the job on time He assured me that the job would be completed on time, in fact he insisted that he was still on schedule and that he had taken the possibility of bad weather into account On Tuesday he insisted again that he was on schedule.There was no 'barring from the property' I told him that I did not want them here Friday because the job was supposed to be completed Thursday.He claims that I have 'forgotten about added materials' and labor The money he was paid was for materials only, not labor I also do not know what 'added materials' he is referencing, since I have not received the invoices that he promised.On June 18th stating that I would be sent a cashiers check for the 'remaining balance on the sod and labor for that day' On June 28th he emailed me stating that he would send invoices and that I would be refunded the balance I have yet to receive invoices or any type of refund from him While that would not have been acceptable to completely resolve this situation, it would have been a start.

Mr. [redacted] has forgotten the added amount of materials and labor spent by my company to furnish the work done on his property. I do have photos of just four days worth of work and nearing completing the project as well as invoices. Mr. [redacted] however failed to understand the rain during that week...

including flood wornings in his area. He became irrate, verbally abusive, and created dangerous working conditions for my crew on a daily basis. I decided it best to leave once Mr. [redacted] took it upon himself to yell and curse at one of my crew members after storming outside with a hamer insisting he could do it himself. My crew memebers felt unsafe at this point and insisted upon leaving. Without them I would be unable to complete the project. I also have video of Mr. [redacted] verbally barring us from the property on a scheduled work day. That is a breach of contract.  Mr [redacted] did everything in his personal power To interrupt, disturb, and sabotage The work we had set out to do. He also owed a final payment upon completion Which we did not ask form as we took the labor out of the first payment including all the materials and gas and everything else we spend on his job. I do have all receipts and only showed Mr [redacted] two of them as he was insistent upon seeing them or threatened stopping the project. Please see attatched photos.
