Review: I hired D[redacted] W[redacted] of DW productions as the videographer for my wedding on April 27, 2013.I paid him $800 dollars in full before my wedding day. His contract was to provide me with one edited DVD of my wedding day with a highlights video included. It has been over a year since my wedding day and I still have not received the finished product. All I have in my possession is four hours of unedited footage. There is nothing professional about unedited footage. I have contacted [redacted] through email and telephone over the last six months and I have been told many different lies over time. I have email documentation to prove the correspondence. [redacted] has currently stopped answering my phone calls and emails and has not tried to resolve the current issue. All I want is my finished product from the most important day of my life. I will be taking legal action.Desired Settlement: All I want is the finished product done in the promised professional way. If not, I would gladly accept a partial refund. It does not seem fair that [redacted] gets to take my $800 dollars and run with it.
