Revdex.com P.OBox DuPont, WA RE: ID [redacted] September 29I Dear [redacted] ***, July was the first time Mr [redacted] inquired about the Pontiac GTO, he actually requested pictures of the engine bay to see that the vehicle really had the upgrades to the motor as stated in the adThe main thing he wanted to see was the supercharger because they don't come with them stockAugust [redacted] Mr [redacted] came in to the dealership to look over and test drive the Pontiac GTOI we explained to him at that time the car is AS IS due the modifactions and horse power of the vehicleHe was fine with that and proceeded to come inside to try and secure the financingHowever I we were not able to because of the down payment and creditOver the next couple days to weeks he would call and email asking how much would he need downAugust 27th Mr[redacted] came in again to look over and test drive the Pontiac GTO again and this time used his mustang and $1,down so we were able to secure a loan for him this time If you look at the customers mechanic check list it clearly shows (may require future attention) not required now asapAttached are copies of his check list as well as our safety inspection showing we replaced the rear brakes and turned the front rotors and fixed a bad pigtail connection that was causing a check engine light to come onI am also attaching an "AS IS" ftc buyers guideAn oil seeping or transmission seeping doesn It mean that the vehicle is safe or not safeAs for the brakes needing to be bled we would of done that at time of the brakes that were replaced Our sales manager, Steve H [redacted] also talked to him at the dealership on the 19th and the customer did drive the gto from seattle and this was his notes from the 19th: [redacted] was in the dealership Sunday Sept18th with a list of minor issues on the vehicle he purchased, some of which were seals and/or gaskets that are seeping or leakingHe did purchase a warranty and reviewed his coverage with Karena, our finance managerHe was not specifically told that the warranty does not cover seals and gaskets so I called him this morning, Sept 19th and reviewed that there is no coverage for seals and gasketsHe acknowledged and understands no coverage for seals and gaskets Bottom line, Mr [redacted] purchased a used vehicle as isWe performed a Lube Oil Filter, Used Vehicle Safety Inspection, Replaced Rear Brakes and Resurfaced Front Rotors prior to him purchasing this vehicle Regards, James K [redacted] Used Car Manager M: 0: E: [redacted] dwaynelane.com

Dear Revdex.com:In response to Mr ***'s Statements.My first meeting with Mr *** was days after he had purchased his New Silverado.Mr*** had come in to complain about his contractAs I was in a meeting, Mr.*** had to wait some time, so he left in a huff and threw his coffee,
cup and all, onthe ground outside our DealershipWe have cameras that film all and can prove this.Mr*** came back a few hours later to retrieve his PaperworkMr*** wasalready in a very agitated state when he came into my office.Mr*** started by asking me if it was common for the Banks to raise the interestrate, when the term was extendedI informed Mr*** that was indeed the casewhen terms were extendedIt was at this point that Mr*** exploded and yelled atthe top of his lungs for me to go have *** *** *** and then proceeded to accuse meof having *** *** ** ***It was at this point that, I did indeed, get up from mydesk and told him to leaveSeveral Salespersons and our young receptionist witnessedthis.I will take a lot from a customer but I will NOT have F bombs dropped on meMr.*** neglected to mention this fact in his letter.As I escorted Mr*** out of the Dealership, he continued to curse me and drop FbombsWhen were outside, Mr*** '4squared up to me and clenched his fists" andsaid "Boy I should just" at which point I backed upMr*** neglected to mentionthis alsoThe fact that I am 5'9" and almost years old, my intimidating days are longpastMr*** continued to yell at me ** *** over and over and over.I have reviewed Mr***'s paperwork and find that he originally Signed for 84months at .49%I have copies with his signatureBut Mr*** signed for 96months, which upped his rate to 4.19% , I have documentation of these facts and willsend alongOur finance person who assisted Mr*** has been in the industry forover years and would never imply that a customer needs to purchase any products toqualify for financing.Mr*** was wrong in his assumptions that he was taken advantage of and had hebeen in the right frame of mind to listen, I could have shown him all of thisWhen I ambeing called bad names and cursed at, I have no interest in helping him or anyone.Sincerely,Eric A***General ManagerDwayne Lane's Arlington Chevrolet

I am rejecting this response because: This man is a liarHe does it for a living so I wasn't to surprised when I read his completely off the wall responseI never once dropped a f bomb on this man until he attacked me and never in know way said anything about his motherHaving lost my mother when I was that is a subject I would never raise in a million yearsI went into his office and he shoved the paperwork across the desk at me and said what do you wantWhen I said you lied to me and took advantage of me HE got irate and told me to get out of his officeThis is when I got angry and started yelling back at himBack at him he started the yellingHe kept telling me to hit him and I am not that kind of person even though I was very irate at the timeHe threatened me When I came in to buy the truck the salesman nearly pulled me out my truck and offered me coffee and when I go back with a complaint all the sudden nobody is availableTrying to avoid me was more like itI stood there for minutes and then yes I went out and threw my coffeeWhen I came back This man threatened me with violence and that is the only reason I reacted to himI had just been screwed over big time (excuse the wording but that is about all I can come up with) and Now he is going to talk to me like I am some kind of punkThis may have worked for Eric before but not with meI don't care what he said I signedI was told I would get 2.99% interest if I went with Alaska federal credit unionHe raised my interest rate without telling me a thing about itI found out on my contract a few days laterHe also started the fray in the dealership and yes I am sure his employee's will back him up or lose there jobFor someone who talks like he is to old and to small to attack a person is a downright lieHe threatened to kick me in the head twice if I didn't leave the buildingHis so called cameras should point out who the aggressor in this situation wasI was just standing up for myself Like I have been taught to do and not let people take advantage of meI will take a lie detector test or whatever is available to prove what I am saying is the honest to god truthThis man is a scam artist and a LiarI swear that on my dear Mothers graveSo as far as changing the contract I believe it is to lateBut I was also lied to about a service contract that cost $dollars that basically gives me free oil changes Which would at the most cost about $dollarsShe The girl who has you sign paper work told me I had to have one to satisfy the credit unionThat as also a lieIf they take away the service contract and make the interest rate what I was told it would be this would be around $I feel they owe me that muchThank you

We can not take away the contract, or change the interest rate that the consumer himself choseWe have made a good faith effort to resolve the issue and satisfy this consumer but there is nothing further we can provide him

I am rejecting this response because:They have made no effort to make this right at allThey have ducked and dodged me at every turnThey flat out lied to me about my interest rate and the fact I had to have a service contractWhen I did finally go there in person and confronted Mr A*** with his lies I was treated with intimidation and physical threatsI even called the police I was so upset and shaking after my ordeal with Mr a***I am sure he told them another hokie story as he has told youThis man lies about everythingEven in his last responseI tried calling them and went in only to be told he was in a meetingHe had all the time in the world for me when he was taking advantage of me and getting every penny he could out of meThen I was just a problem when I had a complaintPlain and simple they owe me the interest difference between 2.99% which I left the buliding after buying the truck believing was my interest rateI was also told by my own credit union that they have nothing to do with service contracts when deciding who to loan toThank you
