I am rejecting this response because:They have made no effort to make this right at all. They have ducked and dodged me at every turn. They flat out lied to me about my interest rate and the fact I had to have a service contract. When I did finally go there in person and confronted Mr A[redacted] with his lies I was treated with intimidation and physical threats. I even called the police I was so upset and shaking after my ordeal with Mr a[redacted]. I am sure he told them another hokie story as he has told you. This man lies about everything. Even in his last response. I tried calling them and went in only to be told he was in a meeting. He had all the time in the world for me when he was taking advantage of me and getting every penny he could out of me. Then I was just a problem when I had a complaint. Plain and simple they owe me the interest difference between 2.99% which I left the buliding after buying the truck believing was my interest rate. I was also told by my own credit union that they have nothing to do with service contracts when deciding who to loan to. Thank you.

July 121 2016 1 was the first time Mr. [redacted] inquired about the 2004 Pontiac GTO, he actually requested pictures of the engine bay to see that...

the vehicle  really had the upgrades to the motor as stated in the ad. The main thing he wanted to see was the supercharger because they don't come with them stock. August [redacted] Mr. [redacted] came in to the dealership to look over and test drive the 2004 Pontiac GTOI  we explained to him at that time the car is AS IS  due the modifactions and horse power of the vehicle. He was fine with that and proceeded to come inside to try and secure the financing. However I we were not able to because of the down payment and credit. Over the next couple days to weeks he would call and email asking how much would he need down. August 27th  2016 Mr.[redacted] came in again to look over and test drive the 2004 Pontiac GTO again and this time used his mustang and $1,500.00 down so we were able to secure a loan for him this time.
 
If    you look at the customers mechanic check list it     clearly shows (may require future attention) not required now asap. Attached are copies of his check list  as well as our safety inspection showing we replaced the rear brakes and turned the front rotors and fixed a bad pigtail connection that was causing a check engine light to come on. I am  also attaching an "AS IS"         ftc buyers guide. An oil seeping or transmission seeping doesn It mean that the vehicle is safe or not safe. As for the brakes needing to be bled we would of done that at time of the brakes that were replaced.
 
Our sales manager, Steve H[redacted] also talked to him at the dealership on the 19th and the customer did drive the gto from seattle and this was his notes from the  19th:
 
[redacted] was in the dealership Sunday Sept. 18th with a list of minor issues on the vehicle he purchased, some of which were seals and/or gaskets that are seeping or leaking. He did purchase a warranty and reviewed his coverage with Karena, our finance manager. He was not specifically told that the warranty does not cover seals and gaskets so I called him this morning, Sept 19th and reviewed that there is no coverage for seals and gaskets. He acknowledged and understands no
coverage for seals and gaskets.
 
 
Bottom line, Mr. [redacted] purchased a used vehicle as is. We performed a Lube Oil Filter, Used Vehicle Safety Inspection, Replaced Rear Brakes and Resurfaced Front Rotors prior to him purchasing this vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because: This man is a liar. He does it for a living so I wasn't to surprised when I read his completely off the wall response. I never once dropped a f bomb on this man until he attacked me and never in know way said anything about his mother. Having lost my mother when I was 12 that is a subject I would never raise in a million years. I went into his office and he shoved the paperwork across the desk at me and said what do you want. When I said you lied to me and took advantage of me HE got irate and told me to get out of his office. This is when I got angry and started yelling back at him. Back at him he started the yelling. He kept telling me to hit him and I am not that kind of person even though I was very irate at the time. He threatened me.  When I came in to buy the truck the salesman nearly pulled me out my truck and offered me coffee and when I go back with a complaint all the sudden nobody is available. Trying to avoid me was more like it. I stood there for 30 minutes and then yes I went out and threw my coffee. When I came back This man threatened me with violence and that is the only reason I reacted to him. I had just been screwed over big time (excuse the wording but that is about all I can come up with) and Now he is going to talk to me like I am some kind of punk. This may have worked for Eric before but not with me. I don't care what he said I signed. I was told I would get 2.99% interest if I went with Alaska federal credit union. He raised my interest rate without telling me a thing about it. I found out on my contract a few days later. He also started the fray in the dealership and yes I am sure his employee's will back him up or lose there job. For someone who talks like he is to old and to small to attack a person is a downright lie. He threatened to kick me in the head twice if I didn't leave the building. His so called cameras should point out who the aggressor in this situation was. I was just standing up for myself Like I have been taught to do and not let people take advantage of me. I will take a lie detector test or whatever is available to prove what I am saying is the honest to god truth. This man is a scam artist and a Liar. I swear that on my dear Mothers grave.. So as far as changing the contract I believe it is to late. But I was also lied to about a service contract that cost $6100 dollars that basically gives me 20 free oil changes Which would at the most cost about $800 dollars. She The girl who has you sign paper work told me I had to have one to satisfy the credit union. That as also a lie. If they take away the service contract and make the interest rate what I was told it would be this would be around $11.500. I feel they owe me that much. Thank you.

Customer has sent us a couple e-mails. Has never called us. So it is a little bit slower to respond that way. We called the customer today and left a message with his wife. We WILL either refund customer his money and we will pay the shipping to get it back to us. NO PROBLEM. Or we can try to...

get him the correct item. Whatever the customer wants...

We can not take away the contract, or change the interest rate that the consumer himself chose. We have made a good faith effort to resolve the issue and satisfy this consumer but there is nothing further we can provide him.

As I was in a meeting, Mr.[redacted] had to wait some time, so he left in a huff and threw his coffee,...

cup and all, onthe ground outside our Dealership. We have cameras that film all and can prove this.Mr. [redacted] came back a few hours later to retrieve his Paperwork. Mr. [redacted] wasalready in a very agitated state when he came into my office.Mr. [redacted] started by asking me if it was common for the Banks to raise the interestrate, when the term was extended. I informed Mr. [redacted] that was indeed the casewhen terms were extended. It was at this point that Mr. [redacted] exploded and yelled atthe top of his lungs for me to go have [redacted] and then proceeded to accuse meof having [redacted]. It was at this point that, I did indeed, get up from mydesk and told him to leave. Several Salespersons and our young receptionist witnessedthis.I will take a lot from a customer but I will NOT have F bombs dropped on me. Mr.[redacted] neglected to mention this fact in his letter.As I escorted Mr. [redacted] out of the Dealership, he continued to curse me and drop Fbombs. When were outside, Mr. [redacted] '4squared up to me and clenched his fists" andsaid "Boy I should just" at which point I backed up. Mr. [redacted] neglected to mentionthis also. The fact that I am 5'9" and almost 61 years old, my intimidating days are longpast. Mr. [redacted] continued to yell at me [redacted] over and over and over.I have reviewed Mr. [redacted]'s paperwork and find that he originally Signed for 84months at 3 .49%. I have copies with his signature. But Mr. [redacted] signed for 96months, which upped his rate to 4.19% , I have documentation of these facts and willsend along. Our finance person who assisted Mr. [redacted] has been in the industry forover 20 years and would never imply that a customer needs to purchase any products toqualify for financing.Mr. [redacted] was wrong in his assumptions that he was taken advantage of and had hebeen in the right frame of mind to listen, I could have shown him all of this.
