Review: We purchaed a newly constructed house in july 2009. DWD installed our HVAC unit. The unit is now leaking. We had a tech come out and check it for us he told us that we needed a new evaporator coil. He also told us that another neighbor had to have the same thing replaced. A second neighbor, our counselman, told us that DWD came out and replaced his coil no problem. He gave us the number but when we called on June 27th they told us that it wasnt their responsibility and that we had to find someone else to handle our problem. They told us that they only do commercial property now.Desired Settlement: I would just like them to honor the warranty that was given to us I assume by them and replace the coil that came with the unit so our unit will stop leaking.

July 29, 2014Dear It is unfortunate to hear that [redacted] is experiencing mechanical issues with her HVAC unit.DWD Mechanical Contractor, Inc. properly installed the working unit in 2009 as a subcontractor for a commercial project.The unit came with a one (1) year warranty; which we would have honored in that time frame– as we do with all our warranties.It is our understanding that [redacted] called to report the issue on June 27, 2014.
