I am rejecting this response because:This response contains many falsehoods The biggest one being that I waited a week and after it rained to notify MrC*** of the bowed paneling and poor workmanship They left here at around 7:pm I called the very next day at 9:00am MrC*** has many excuses for his inferior work I look forward to him repairing the panels in two separate rooms and repairing the baseboard and trim as well As I informed him, I can be available after 5/24/to schedule a time I also have pictures and e-mails to support my claims The pictures are indisputable

Hello this is in response to the complaint.  We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and I'm am sorry ms [redacted] was dissatisfied. We were called out to give an estimate to replace cheap paneling that was water damaged with new similar paneling. I was informed the water leak had been repaired...

four years prior. Ms [redacted] agreed with the quote and the job was scheduled. Old paneling was removed and new panelingcand trim was replaced.  Extra work was done at no cost when me [redacted] asked about carpet removal and clean up   The carpet and walls were still damp and smelled of cat and dog urine from the numerous animals on this property. She assured me it wasn't from outside. We completed our job and it looked great.  We received payment and were on our way. Mrs [redacted] calls us the next week after a weekend of heavy rain and states the walls are bowing.  I immediately schedule to come and take a look at it. When I arrive I notice  the basement is wet from the exterior walls and more urine.  I tell ms [redacted] she has water coming in still and that is causing the thin wood to get wet and become wavy. I put some nails in the wood to secure it.  I state to me [redacted] that the water issue needs resolved or the paneling is just going to get worse. She said she wants it replaced so I schedule to do this for her at my cost even though the cause was not from our doing. Mes [redacted] then demands we only contact via email and I assure her we would be out 8am Monday 5/15/17 to replace 2 panels in 2 separate rooms under windows where water was coming in. I then get an email later stating she would be unavail until 5/24/17, ok no problem we would be there.  On this beautiful day 5/15/17 I get a complaint email from the Revdex.com and am just shocked when I have been doing my best to keep customer satifaction.  We pride ourselves in great reviews and an A+ rating with the Revdex.com.  I have before and after pictures and copies of texts and emails in regards to all of this. I will always stand behind our work
