Mr*** was mislead as to line item pricing on his paid bill of sale due to an administrative error. As a result he felt he was overcharged for an item. We offered a $rebate as a show of good faith and to keep him as a satisfied customer, which he agreed to at that time.The
check for $400.00, dated 9-26-was cashed on 10-4-17.Cashed check attached to email
